Ch. 33

Wei Lin's POV

After a few years. We all got married on the same day. A-Yuan got adopted by Wangxian. Jingyi got adopted by Xicheng. They are a year apart. Jin Ling was also born after a few months. He is a year younger then Jingyi. And finally me and Huaisang had a child which is 2 years younger then Jin Ling. Everything is going well now. These kids has a great bond. They spend most of their time together.

I also asked A-Ying to meet with Hua Cheng and he agreed. Idk what they talked about but he looks more relaxed nowadays. I'm glad it all worked out in the end. A-Ying's power to control resentment are greater than father. He can control it without the flute. So,we decided to just let it be there. It will be safe.

Now, let's talk about us. All of us are very busy. Jiang Cheng and Huan-ge are busy because of sect. Same with Jin Zixuan and Shijie. Same with Lan Zhan. A-Ying and A-Sang are busy with Chief cultivator duty. I'm also busy with sect duties as Nie Migjue doesn't plan to get married. And as a sect madam I've to take responsibility too. We were too busy I decided to get them free for sometime and have a get together.

I sent a letter to all of them asking of this. All of them agreed but they all wanted to do it in their sects. Shijie and A-Xuan says Koi tower would be best. But A-Cheng says Lotus Pier is best because we have all the memories there. But at last we came to the conclusion to do it in Cloud Recesses. Because we got along with each other there. I've also sent a letter to Wen Qing. I am now on the way to Cloud Recesses. Me and A-Sang thought to go by carriage. That's why we left a few days early.

When we finally reached there we were the last one to arrive. Not our fault Qinghe is the farthest. We were sitting in Jingshi with others when suddenly the door opened and in came our kids.

Zizhen - A-Niang!! I missed you.

He hugged me. I hugged him back.

WL - I missed you too.

Then they all hugged me. After sometime we decided to go rest. Me and A-Sang came in our room. I suddenly got pushed on the bed. Nie Huaisang hovered over me.

WL - A-Sang?

NH - Shijie, it's been a long time since we had some time to spend with each other alone. I missed you.

WL - Not my fault you're always busy.

NH - FYI it IS your fault.

I laughed sheepishly. And he kissed me. I kissed him back. I stopped him.

WL - What if someone heard us?

NH - Don't worry about it. I've already put a silencing talisman.

And he kissed me again. And we had some fun. Hehehe.
Next day I woke up with a back pain. Oh my god! That person looks all innocent outside but he is a beast in bed. I looked at him. He looks so peaceful. I kissed his forehead and went to take a bath. After I came back I saw him sitting on the bed looking soo cute.

WL - I'm here.

I went towards him and he hugged my waist. I stroked his hair.

WL - Go take a bath.

He reluctantly stood up and came back after bathing. I gave him his fan.

WL - Shall we go?

NH - Yes.

We left to go towards Jingshi. When we reached all of them were chatting.

WL - Good morning guys.

They all greeted each other.

WY - You were really tired Jie. Otherwise you would've been the first one to arrive.

WL - Yeah.

We all had a great time just like when we were teenagers. We played games and talked about how our lives are going. Now we have all separated into girls, boys and kids groups. Me, Shijie and Wen Qing are talking with each other.

WL - I really miss those days. Like we were enjoying our times. Now we don't even have time to enjoy.

JY - At least we have memories. And we can have get togethers every now and then.

WQ - I would love that. It's good to get out and have different airs to breath.

WL - Let's have the next get together in Lotus Pier.

JY - Yes.

WQ - That's a nice place to hangout. I haven't really went inside but the atmosphere around is nice.

NZ (Nie Zizhen) - A-Niang!!

He came running and hugged me.

WL - What?

LJ - Come back here, Zizhen.

JL - Leave the boy alone, Jingyi.

LJ - You don't speak, young mistress.

JL - Who are you calling young mistress!?

LS - Calm down, guys. You are disturbing their get together. Zizhen, come here. You two, stop fighting.

LJ/JL/NZ - Okay/Okay ge.

We laughed at them. I suddenly felt a pain in my heart. Like literal pain. It was little at first but it started growing. I can't breathe anymore. I started breathing heavily.

WQ - A-Lin. What's wrong!?

WL - I..can't.......breathe.

It took all my effort to say that.

NZ - A-Niang!!!

Hearing his panicky voice everyone turned towards us. After seeing me they all ran towards us. Nie Huaisang came to me and held me.

NH - What's wrong, Shijie?

WQ - Why is her heartbeat suddenly going weak? I can't detect anything! What's going on!?

WY - Jie!!

I can't see them crying. What's happening to me? I wanna say something but I can't. I suddenly felt light. And just three words came out of my mouth before I became lifeless.

WL - I...lo..ve....y..ou.

I saw myself lying in the love of my life's arms lifeless. Everyone is crying around me. Even Lan Zhan started crying when he heard Wen Qing saying she can't hear my heart beat.

What on Earth is going on? Everything was going nicely. Everything was soo good. Everyone was so happily living their lives. Why did it had to happen? Why now? Suddenly I started feeling hot. I am feeling like I'm burning. And everything blacked out.
