Para- "Normal" (A Jasper Hale love story)

I squeaked, something I never do, when I saw him staring at me with an ever so slight smirk. It didn't help the fact that Leo growled, something he doesn't do very often. I knew that these people weren't normal but I had no clue that I'd find what I could only imagine based on the reactions of the ghosts, who my soulmate would be.

I grew increasingly more and more nervous the closer he came to the table Rosalie, Emmett and I were sat at. When he sat down across from me, nothing else mattered.

"Hello there Darlin, my name is Jasper Hale, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Boy he even had a southern accent that made my heart swoon. I needed to regain my composure and I shook off my clear attraction to him and stuck my hand out.

"Lynn, Lynn Davis is my name cowboy. Ive already met your sister and her boyfriend but I look forward to getting to know you."

He looked a little shocked by my forwardness but I could tell he liked it and shook my hand and I felt the magnetic pull towards him grow stronger.

"It's going to be a very interesting time getting to know you Darlin."

Bella walked in then and sat at the table with her new friends, and to my surprise it was the exact group I flipped off this morning. She waved at me and smiled shyly. Before long her attention was drawn to the door where three people equally as good looking as the ones I was seated with entered. I recognized two of them as the ones that were in my math class this morning and I knew by the look on Bella's face that she was immediately interested in him.

I heard Rosalie huff and I looked at her in concern. She smiled and nodded at me so I shrugged it off. The three others made their way to my table and I started to have a panic attack. I wasn't used to so many people talking or interacting with me. Thankfully my ghosts caught on and Monroe created a diversion which enabled me to slip out of the caf unnoticed. I ditched the rest of the day telling Bella I didn't feel well and would see her tomorrow.

*Alice's POV*

I watched as Jasper's mate and my new sister walked out of the caf, I knew my entire family caught on to it but we let her be. Though she was important to us I knew we couldn't overwhelm her on our first meeting. I sighed when I heard the bell ring and I followed my worried brother to history class which I knew we were sharing with his mate and Edward.

Professor Daniels welcomed us in and took attendance briefly before he began his tyrade on the civil war. It made me laugh because I had been best friends with Jasper long enough to know this was both his favourite and least favorite thing to discuss. I zoned out doodling dress designs for a while.

Suddenly the world froze and I was transported into a vision. I saw Sage and my family having an important conversation with her in tears.

When I got out of my vision Edward was staring at me and I told him in my mind not to say a single word to Jasper or anyone about what he saw. He sighed but nodded.

Boy I didn't like what the near future held for her. I could only hope she was able to get through it. She would have us, but I didn't know how good we could be of help. I acted like nothing was wrong. Emmett, Rose, Mitchell, Jasper and I all decided that we were ditching last period while Edward was adamant on staying and meeting his mate. We trailed out of school and buzzed into the forest knowing we all needed to hunt.

*Sagelynn's POV*

I cruised around town freely knowing my parents wouldn't be too happy if I was skipping school on my first day but I couldn't be bothered to care too much. I sped towards the forest and decided to do some exploring in it. I checked my watch and I thought I still had enough daylight to be safe.

I did a wheelie down a sloap before I cruised around a cave and stopped by a creek to watch the fish and frogs. I was lost in the beauty of this place and the fact that I was lucky enough to be here.

I was quickly snapped out of it when a mountain lion follows by a blurry hulking human shot by me and I was absolutely stunned when I recognized him. It was Emmett. He came to a halt after draining the poor animal when we both heard Rosalie scream his name.

I swear to God I say the stupidest things when I'm nervous or scared.

"Well thanks Hulk, you just proved to me that my sense was right. You are undead. Not only that but you're vampires."

That's when my world would take a turn for crazy.
