A car was being driven at a high speed in middle of night on a deserted road which was surrounded by trees on both sides. The speed at which the car was being driven was telling the tale of the drivers mood. Yash was furious with his wife. It was their 12th anniversary and he specially planned everything as per her liking. He made sure everything is just perfect but navya as always was there with him enveloped in her old memories, guilt and sadness. He would have ignored her permanent sadness but how can she ask him about going there. Is her constant unhappiness not enough punishment for him that now she wants to go back there for the wedding.

"Wo beti hai meri yash. Arhaan ki behan hai wo." Pleaded navya in a broken voice.

Yash was unmoved by her tears and replied in an emotionless voice "beti aur behan wo itne saalo se bhi thi tab to tumhe ye sab yaad nahi aaya fir aaj kya ho gaya?"

Navya sobbed again "kuch hi ghanto me uski shadi hai yash, itne saalo me maine tumse kiya waada nahi toda, jaisa tum chahte the sab waise hi hua. Tumhe jo chahiye tha tumhe mila. Pls bas ek baar maan jaoo, ek baar mujhe wo de do jo main chahti hu."

Yash gave her a disgusted look "mujhe wo mila jo main chahta tha? Main tumhe chahta tha navya aur Kya mila mujhe? Tumhari parchayi? Jis ladki se maine pyaar kiya usse to tum ussi ghar me chhod kar aa gayi thi, apne pati aur bachcho ke paas. Mere saath bitaye kisi bhi pal me tum khush nahi thi. Kya kya nahi kiya maine tumhari khushi ke liye. Sach to ye hai ki tumne aur tumhari maa ne khud ko bachaane ke liye mera istemaal kiya. Tum apni maa aur apni jarurato ke liye wo pariwar chhod to aayi par kabhi bhi mujhe nahi apna paayi. Aur kyun jaane du main tumhe tumhari beti ke paas jab tum khud humare bete ko nahi apna sakti." He yelled at navya while driving.

Navya nodded while tears spilled from her eyes "aap sahi keh rahe hai yash. Wo navya jo pyaar karna janti thi, jo apno ke liye kuch bhi kar sakti thi, jise sirf khush rehna aata tha usse to maine usi din maar diya jis din main un sabko chhod kar aapke paas aa gayi thi. Meri majburio ka hal khojne me maine apni aur aapki dono ki hi khushiyan tabah kar di yash. Sahi keh rahe hai aap, mujhe koi haq nahi banta aapse aise maang karne ka. Na main kabhi ek achchi biwi ban paayi aur na hi maa."

Yash closed his eyes for a second and sighed. Although whatever both of them said was true but he loves navya too much to let her feel so guilty and broken. He has never liked the lines of worry and sadness on her face. It just wrings his heart like nothing else can. Only if he knew that his love and passion for navya will one day destroy both their lives and the lives of their children he would never have done what he did 12 years ago.

Flashback
12 years back

A worried navya came to her mother's place. She doesn't have any other place to go, she was carrying all her jewellery with her which was nothing to boast about. She was pleading her mother to help her. It was the third time this month and everytime she has gone back empty handed. Bur she has no place else to turn to and she loved her child too much to not do anything.

Navya "please maa meri madad kijiye, main apne aru ko aise nahi kho sakti maa. Mere paas jo bhi hai main sab le aayi hu. Please maa mere aru...........

Savita " Tere sab kuch ki bhi kaunsi koi bohut badi keemat hai navya jo tu meri madad ki aas laga rahi hai. Aur main bhi tujhe kya hi de dungi, ek ye chhat hai mere sar par jo pata nahi kab kis din chin jaye. Tere papa ke liye karj main aur nahi chuka sakti aur mein khud ye ghar tak bechne ko majbur hu."

Navya "to kya main apne bete ko apni gareebi ke chalte kho dungi maa?"

Savita "apni gareebi ke chalte nahi apne pati ke jhoote adarsho ke chalte. Arre humne to ye soch kar teri shadi usse kari thi ki jaisi uski naukri hai usme to upar ki hi itni kamayi hogi ki tujhe kabhi kisi cheej ki kami nahi hone dega. Yahi soch kar to humne itni choti umar me teri shadi ki thi. Hume kya pata tha ki wo do waqt ki roti se jyada tujhe aur tere bachcho ko kabhi kuch de hi nahi paayega."
