Arjun Shergill - A man who always appears happy, but sometimes looks can be deceiving. He has yearned for his brother for 12 long years but what will happen when he will get him back.
Arjun changed his clothes and went to his father's room only to find him fuming in anger. Arjun didn't thought about it before but his dad's reaction made him think the other way. Of course it's not easy for his dad to accept arnik. That boy is a constant reminder of their mother's betrayal. He is the son of the man whom their mother choose over and above her marriage and children. He wasn't sure what should he say to his dad so he just went to his dad who was standing in the balcony with his back towards Arjun.

Anirudh turned and placed a tight slap on arjun's cheek. "Kyun Arjun? Kyun kiya tune aisa? Kyun le kar aaya tu us ladke ko yahan? Aisi kya galti ki hai maine jiski itni badi saza de raha hai tu mujhe? Pehle teri maa us yash goienka ke liye hum sabko chhod kar chali gayi. Aur ab Tu ussi insaan ke bete ko yahan le aaya. Bol Arjun kyun kiya tune aisa?"
Arjun "mere paas aur koi raasta nahi tha dad. Arnik ke bina aru kahin jaane ko taiyaar nahi tha. He loves that boy too much to let go. Aur waise bhi ab us bachche ka koi hai bhi nahi. Agar aru usse laane ke liye na bhi kehta tab bhi shayad main usse aise chhod kar nahi aa pata."
Anirudh "uske baare me sochne ki jimmedaari teri aur arhaan ki nahi us bachche ke gharwalo ki hai."
Arjun "mr. Goienka ki sirf ek behan hai dad aur wo khud arnik ko apne saath nahi rakhna chahti. Maine khud ye sab suna hai dad, unhi ke muh se." With that he recited the whole argument between mrs. Birla and arhaan.
Anirudh was confused and disgusted at the same time. "Ye kaise ho sakta hai, mrs. Birla us bachche ki bua hai, wo kaise usse wahan se jaane ko bol sakti hai? Aur waise bhi wo bachcha yash goienka ka eklauta beta hai, yash ka jo bhi hai wo sab ussi ka hai."
Arjun "maine kuch logo se is baare me baat ki dad to pata laga ki pandemic ke starting time par hi maa aur Mr. Goienka was detected positive and everyone including him gave up hope of them making out of it alive, ussi doraan Mr. Goienka ne ek will banwayi stating that if something happens to him and maa then everything will go to mrs. Birla. I think he was entrusting her with his child but mrs. Birla Only wants mr Goienka's assets. And now that she has got the perfect opportunity she has grabbed it with both hands and threw both the boys out."
There was silence between them for a few minutes. Anirudh was sitting on the base of the bed. Arjun went near him and sat down "mujhe pata hai aapke liye arnik ko yahan dekhna aasan nahi hoga dad. Par aap hi bataiye main aur kya karta. Aru bina arnik ke kahin jaane ko taiyaar nahi tha. He had his bag already packed as he decided not to go back to Mr. Goienka's place. He was determined not to go back and more determined not to leave arnik alone. Mujhe bas mera aru ghar par wapas chahiye tha dad, but knowing what game mrs. Birla has played even I can't leave arnik now."
Anirudh heard every word that Arjun said but remained silent. Arjun waited for some time and then held anirudh's hand making him look at Arjun.
