AE-RA WAS CURRENTLY STANDING next to Max in the Red Bull garage. Max was about to introduce her to his Mother and Sister for the first time and to say she was anxious would be an understatement.
Rissa knew that Kelly and Max had a very serious relationship. She understood that their families were quite close and she feared they wouldn't like her because of all the rumors online.
She watched as Sophie and Victoria approached them. Her hands were sweating at this point and she felt running out of the garage. She decided it was wiser to stay put though.
"Hello!" Sophie said as she brought her into a warm embrace. "You're as gorgeous as Max discribed!" Ae-ra giggled and gave Max a cheeky smile. She pulled away and Victoria gave her a big hug next. "Hello lovely!"
"Hello, Hello! It's so lovely to meet you guys." She said once she pulled away.
Sophia rubbed her arm affectionately. "Nervous?" She said, referring to the race. She gave Max a sheepish smile before nodding. "But I'm getting used to it." She could feel Max wrap his arm around her waist as he pulled her a little closer. "I should go get ready for the race." He kissed the side of her head before turning to his mother and sister. The two of them gave him a teasing smile. "Stop that." He spoke in Dutch.
The two held their arms up in surrender before turning to Rissa. "Did you know when Max was little–"
"Dont listen to them!"
