I gasp with awe
a moment of epiphany
seated right opposite to me she is
I cherish her laughter
her happiness
she wears it like a cloak of honor
I may have forgotten to blink
but not to steal glances of her
every minute, hour and day that passes by.
The void in my heart
is filled with her presence
She calls out Looooohith! Do you have a spare pen?
drifting to the never future
I replay it in my head
forty eight frames per second
with added symphony
my name with chimes
standing beside me
the bride to be
with same happiness
contagious and lovely
Do you take her as your lawful wife?
I slip back and reply
I do.
