You don't need a reminder to love yourself. Whenever you look at the mirror, see yourself as you. Not how others see you. There are hundreds of vulturic eyes waiting to prey on you, don't be them! Love yourself for what you are, shower yourself the love you deserve.
Smile and say:
I like my potbelly
I like my skin
I like my stretch marks
and my scars
I love everything about myself
for the way they are.
