──ANDROMEDA LARKINS HAD lived in Forks for almost a year before the Cullens had arrived. Within a year of being the new girl, the school had mixed feelings about her. On one hand, she was a sweet girl. She'd never question if people suddenly started talking to her. On the other hand, she was strange. She always seemed to drift off in another world. She always stuck out in a crowd, purple short hair and dreamy, light voice always calling attention to her.
They were all fascinated by her and her nearly impossible beauty, but when her year was up and the Cullens came around she was easily old news and a small pop-up topic in the big conversations. However, she never seemed to care. Much like all the other students in Forks High, she fell a victim to the trance the Cullens' beauty would put you in. She couldn't deny that they were all gorgeous, but one always caught her eye.
She and Alice had only a few encounters, but with each, Alice was given a small paper animal and whenever she would ask why she always responded with, 'It reminds me of you.'
Alice and Andromeda had a magnetic pull that had been ignored for too long. Their love was simply a gas that needed a spark for the fire to erupt. And finally, that spark did appear.
