Zoey Marie's POV

It was Friday night and me and Ke'Shaun was working more on the project.

"Bruh I'm hungry let's go get something to eat" he said laying leaning against the wall

"Okay where we gonna go?" I said

"Umm this new burger place, my dad brought some to me last week and It's good" he said smiling

"You gonna pay?"

He nodded. He grabbed a jacket and grabbed my hand.

"Come on lil girl I'm starving" he said

We drove to the diner and walked in. We got a table and he sat in front of me.

"I already know what imma get, what about you?" He asked

I didn't wanna eat nothing in front of him because I didn't want him to think I was fat or something.

"Imma just get a small fry"

He looked at me crazy.

"No your not, I know your hungry" he said

"I'm really not"

I am actually starving

"I know you are, don't say anything when the waiter comes" he said

The waiter came she was lightskin and skinny as hell and had long hair. She was very pretty and she kept looking at Ke'shaun.

"What can I get for y'all tonight, my name is Toni by the way" she said

"Ight Toni can I get a number 8 with a pink lemonade and ketchup and for her-" he said

I cut him off before he could say anything else.

"I want a small fry with ketchup and a water"

"No erase the shit she just said, get her the same thing I got" He said

Before I could say something he got up and sat beside me. He put his hand over my mouth.

"Don't say nothing else" he whispered in my ear

I looked up at the waiter and she was mad.

"If the fat bitch don't want the whole meal just let her do what she wants." Toni said

"Fat bitch? Ain't nobody fat with your stick shape having ass. Watch your mouth for I get you fired and you end up on the streets looking like you sniff crack for a living the fuck." Ke'shaun said

I was about to bust out laughing but I holded everything in.

"Now do your job and bring our food" he added

She jogged to the back and I looked at Ke'shaun. His leg was shaking.

"You okay?" I asked him

He shaked his head and I grabbed his hand and started rubbing it.

"It's okay, I'm okay"

Once I started rubbing his hand his leg stopped shaking. A different waiter came to our table and gave us our food.

"I'm sorry for the disrespect Toni gave y'all she just got fired and you guys are getting y'all's food for free." He said

"Thank you" I said

We got up and I grabbed the food while holding  Ke'shaun's hand at the same time. We got In my car.

"Let's do a mukbang for our project, I will record it on my phone"

He nodded

I started the recording.

"Hey y'all it's Zoey and Ke'shaun back with our first video" I waved

"Today we got burgers and fries and other stuff, so I'm just gonna find questions on Ke'shaun's phone.

He gave me his phone. This nigga don't have a password on his phone lol.

"Okay how old are y'all?"

"I'm 17" I started opening his food because he had a attitude and he didn't want to do anything.

"17" he said in his deep voice

He grabbed his burger out of my hand and took a bite. He was fucking that shit up 😂

"Future plans?"

"I honestly don't know what I want to do when I grow up what about you Kee?"

"Basketball" he said putting a fry in my mouth

We answered more questions and then went back to his house. He opened  his door and got out.

"You coming or what" he said with a attitude

"No I'm going home" I said

"Why" he said

"Cuz you got a whole attitude for what"

"Okay imma change my mood ok?" He said

"No tell me why you mad"

"Because I don't like how you not tryna be yourself around me. I know we just got to know eachother but you like my only friend" he said looking me dead in my eyes

I nodded

"But It's getting late, imma fuck with you later" he said walking into his house.

I pulled out of his driveway and made my way to my house. I was in my thoughts the whole way.

I got home and my sisters were watching a movie. As soon as they heard the door open they turned towards me.

"Hey sis you wanna watch movies with us" Dasha asked

"No I'm good"

I walked into my room and dozed off to sleep.
