The night was going good so far Ke'shaun got Zoey out of her funk and they was doing their own little thing in their own world.

On the other hand Javon and Trinity was taking a break from dancing. They were getting to know eachother better.

Dre was the center of many girls attentions. He was surrounded by about 7 different girls on the dance floor.

Zoey had forgotten everything that happened with her ex. Ke'shaun still hadn't forgotten and he was gonna get to the bottom of it.

"What happened at the restaurant that made your attitude change" he asked her

He wrapped his hand around her throat but not where it hurt her.

He was tryna to make her tell him but he was just turning her on.

She didn't answer at first. Before she could say anything Javon and Trinity walked up with a big smile on their faces.

"Hey lovebirds" Trinity said holding Javon's hand

"Hey Trin, y'all having fun?" Zoey asked her

"Yea, my feet starting to hurt though" Trinity said looking down at her feet

Ke'shaun zoned out of the conversation and started thinking about what made her upset. A few minutes later the gym doors opened for the millionth time tonight. Zoey and Trinity turned to see who was coming in this time. Immediately seeing it was Zoey's ex.

"Imma go to the bathroom, I'll be back" Zoey said and walked to the bathroom

Ke'shaun didn't suspect anything until Trinity started to shake.

"What's wrong?" Javon asked

Trinity shaked her head not tryna answer.

"Trinity, I know you know some shit about Zoey too" Ke'shaun said getting annoyed

"I can't tell you Ke'shaun" she mumbled

"Did Zoey tell you not too?" He asked

She slowly nodded

"Don't tell her I told you" Trinity said

"So basically, Zoey got this ex that used to beat on her and shit. Well one day me and her was out and he came up to the car drunk with a Hennessy bottle in his hand. He tried to talk to zoey but she wasn't having it so he threw the Hennessy bottle at us and she had a lot of scratches and scars from it. I'm surprised you didn't notice." Trinity explained
