It was the weekend and we finally finished our project that took a good 2 weeks. We been acting a little weird towards eachother lately because I think both of us developing some real feelings for eachother. Since we been spending a lot of time together.

Dre and Javon are hosting a senior party tomorrow night and I want Zoey to go. It's gonna take everything in me to convince her to go to the party.

I was in my room til I heard a knock on my door. I opened it and it was my dad and Brandon eating popcorn.

"What are y'all doing?"

"We came to hear the tea between you and zozo" my dad said acting like he's our age

"So you like her?" My dad asked

"I mean 1-10 it would be a solid 6"

"Why 6?" Brandon asked

"LI think if we don't work out as a relationship then I don't want to sacrifice our friendship

Brandon and my dad nodded their head and agreement. It felt good to talk this shit out.

"Do you think she likes you?" My dad asked

Before I could say anything we heard the front door open.

"Hey? Anyone home?" Zoey yelled through the house

She came upstairs and looked at us weird.

"Ouuu are we having a movie night tonight" she asked

"No"

"Why not y'all already have the popcorn- or wait was y'all talking about me" she widened her eyes

Me and my dad shaked our heads no really fast until Brandon had to ruin everything.

"We were, I'm sorry" he ran up to her and she picked him up

He always getting treated like a baby

"Okay it's time for y'all two to go"

"Let's go Brandon" my dad said

They closed the door behind them and Zoey sat on the floor and got on her phone.

"Why you not on the bed?"

"I don't know I'm comfortable on the floor" she said

She lying her ass off

"Get up here"

She got up and sat beside me. She got back on her phone.

Why does she keep getting on her stupid ass phone.

"Are you going to the party tomorrow night" she asked

"Yea are you?"

"Yea my sisters are making me" she said

"Oh I forgot to tell you I found a just dance game in my room and I know you guys have a game system so you wanna play" she asked

"Nah I'm tired"

"Please" she wrapped her arms around me

"Ughh fine only 3 games"

I got up and walked downstairs with her behind me

"Uhh Kee when did you get thick?" She asked me

"Stop"

"No forreal you got a dump truck" she smacked my ass and I turned around

I wrapped my hands around her neck and pulled her close to my face. Our lips were so close to touching. She bit her bottom lip.

"Don't play with me Ight?"

"Mhm" she said smirking

I let go of her neck and continued walking down the stairs to the living room. I turned on the game system and put just dance in.

We played a few games and she won most of them. We finished playing and ate pizza that my dad brought home.

10:35pm

We was in my bed cuddling. I was on her phone watching YouTube while she was on my phone doing something.

"Bruh here I'm tired"

I gave her phone back to her. I let go of her and turned away from her tryna get comfortable. I saw a flash go off probably because she took a picture of me. I didn't even care.

I felt lips on my cheek and I opened my eyes. Zoey was standing in front of me.

"I'm leaving" she whispered

I nodded and she left

Should they get together? Or stay bestfriends?
