This is not related to the story of The Day I Live.

Btw, I love that person's outfit. That's not exactly what Y/n wears because that's up to the reader, but I just wanted to share it.
I'm so sorry for any grammar/spelling/pronoun mistakes. I'm so used to using she/her now so I'm a bit rusty. Anyways, onto the short story, babes!

Y/n absolutely loved Ghost from the first moment they heard them. They couldn't even choose a favorite ghoul either. They loved all of them. They'd do anything to meet one of them.

Tonight was their very first ritual. However, they'd have to go alone because their friend canceled on them last minute. They were very nervous and excited at the same time. They could barely contain it the entire day. They were on the edge of their seat the whole time.

But now it was time for them to get ready. They hopped into the shower, feeling the warm water rush down their body. They sighed in content. They quickly finished up and wrapped a towel around their body.

While they were drying, they went to their wardrobe and searched for a suitable outfit. Their face lit up when they found the perfect fit for the night. They took it out and tossed it onto their bed. It was a semi-formal outfit, gothic enough to match the night.

They walked over to their bathroom and dried themself off. They took a hairdryer to their hair as they brushed it. They were done with that just after a few minutes. With that out of the way they applied their skincare appliances.

After that they left and went back to their room. They threw their towel into their other dirty laundry and started getting dressed. Then they went back to the bathroom, did their gothic makeup look, and any leftover hair routines. Their makeup was a bit more elegant than usual. It was a special occasion, no?

With a bounce in their step they made their way to the front door with their bag and keys. They remembered to lock the door behind them when they got outside, even double checking just in case. They jogged over to their car, feeling like they were going to explode from excitement.

Having gotten to the concert an hour ago, they've been searching for the actual place the concert was supposed to be in. The building they were in was so large and unfamiliar. It was no wonder how they hadn't gotten lost.

Actually, they were lost. They were in this long hallway with a few flickering lights. There were single doors scattered throughout the corridor, but most of them had "Staff Only" signs around them. Obviously they were not where they were supposed to be.
