Yazmin Nessa works as a full time nanny for Niklaus Mikaelson's daughter Hope Andrea Mikaelson. Yazmin has been helping Klaus as he's struggling with the death of Hope's mother Hayley and he faces fatherhood on his own.
After Avani and Marcel'a wedding, Klaus decided to propose to Yazmin to which she said yes. Hope is now 2 years old and Zakariya is 1 years old.

Officiator: Dear friends and family, we are gathered here today to join Niklaus Mikaelson and Yazmin Nessa in holy matrimony.

Klaus: Yazmin, when I first laid my eyes on you I instantly fell in love with you, this led me to push you away. I felt like I was going to hurt you if I told you how I felt, however that didn't stop you from pushing harder to try your best to get me to like you although you didn't have to do anything to get me to like you because I already did. You helped me when I was at my lowest. We have been through so much but that didn't stop us from coming back together to raise Hope and Zakariya our two lovely children. I wish to spend the rest of my life with you and no matter what I will be there for you through thick and thin. I love you Yasmin Nessa Mikaelson.
Yazmin: Klaus, the love of my life, the father of my children, the man I wish to spend my whole life with for all eternity. When I first met you I knew you'd push me away, being a single father was hard for you and I saw how much grief you were in. I only ever wanted to help you and help Hope and you allowed me to do so. Falling in love was hard for me giving my past but you showed me how a real man should love his woman, you saved me from a monster, you became my protecter. We definitely had our ups and downs, however it still brought us back together to be there for our children, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I love you with all my heart! Now that we are getting married I expect breakfast in bed every morning for me and the kids and I need your unconditional love as I will always give you mine. I love you Niklaus.
