I was about to take out the other but everything got blurry. " wolfsbane" I heard Kenna say so I tried to shift. "Not gonna work my dear ,wolfsbane cut you off from your wolf" he says with a smirk " now count with me, 3 (held up 3 fingers) 2 ,1) and suddenly I couldn't keep my eyes open. I fought as much as I could though . I then saw the most shocking thing, the male being pushed to the ground holding his neck. " mate" I heard Kenna says before my body gave out .

Marcus POV

after yesterday's events I got the lecture of my life about the rejection however I did what the elders wanted. After returning to my room I was visited by another vampire . Gabby was one of the strongest fighters and mateless so we made a proposal that I'd be her mate and I would get a strong female by my side . The night went pretty alright going forward but the pain in my chest was still there and all I could see was her beautiful face. I twist and turn enduring torture until I finally fell asleep . I woke up to kisses down my jaw line and unto my torso .

" good morning master" I heard a familiar voice say and I wanted to Chase out the room like I saw a ghost. She was wearing a red lingerie and some light makeup. I then grabbed her by the waist and flipped her over causing her to be under me which made her giggle. I then begun to kiss her roughly and stripped her down to nothing while she did the same. We went three rounds but all I could see was Inez face in my mind. I felt all types of feelings anger, sadness , Fraustrated and utterly alone while I know these feelings weren't mine I knew they were hers because she didn't accept my rejection so we are still connected.

But at the last minute a sudden feeling of weakness hit me and I jumped out of bed and throw on some shorts. " I thought we were going to spend sometime together" I heard gabby says folding her arms " I know I will be back" I told her with a kiss on the forehead . After seeing the bite mark on her neck and breast I knew I probably went too far because blood sharing is a personal thing for vampires and I knew I wasn't ready to share it with gabby but any way I head out . I went straight to her room and fly the door open. " where is she" I asked her friend " good morning master , every heard of freaking knocking" she says pissed " where's my mate" I asked in an aggravated voice

" you reject her you moron what else do you want ,to torture her... I think you have done enough don't you think !! Give her space" she shouted and went to the bathroom slamming the door. I then felt like someone injected me with something then everything went blur for a second so I stumbled back and grabbed a chair for support . " your still here" she says rolling her eyes " your friend might have been jumped so tell me where the hell she is" I say with anger radiating off me " she went for a run and she usually stop at the fountain" she says in panic tone. By the time she was done I was through the door and heading for the fountain. Within minutes I was there and there she was clutching her chest .

She look as if she was going to pass out ,while a male stood infront her . Four other bodies were also here and there. I was shock at how good she was but what ever she was injected with weakened her. So I ran to the male and bite him in his neck because we all knew what our venom do to wolves. I then rushed to her ,picked her up bridal style and ran to the coven house. Upon reaching I saw my father " what happened" he asked " werewolf happened " I told him bringing her to the healer . " how many??" He asked " 4 bodies and one injection her with something" I replied " wolfsbane" my father says " what!!" I asked almost shouting " if they wanted her dead then she would be but they gave her enought to knock her out not kill her" he says looking at herunconscious figure
" I need to know why"I replied walking out

INEZ POV

" Inez you have to wake up or I can't heal you" Kenna says " am trying" Inez replied " I am not trying die a mateless virgin here" Kenna says making Inez giggle " thanks for reminding me you sour pus" inez says " your welcome my bloodsucking human" kenna replied Inez then tried to force her eyes open . " Inez!!!" Kenna whine " your so fragile grow some balls" Inez replied looking beside her and away from the light. " good your up . You've been out for a week"the doctor says " a week!!" Inez shouted causing Lilly to rush in "why do you always godda be at the wrong place" she says hugging me " am sorry I got distracted, Marcus mated another vampire" inez says looking away " I know ..,.. he mated gabby they are getting married in a month and she'll be the leading lady of the cove" Lilly says with a sad face" that was quick " I muttered and Lilly hugged me .

A month flew by quickly and today was the Wedding and ceremony. Kenna was pissed for the pass month and on edge ,plus we had to go and watch this. I have decided to leave this coven today while everyone was at the wedding thought.I also heard I was saved by Marcus but I haven't seen him and as much as it hurt I am happy I didn't . " are you coming or what" Kim asked Lilly and lily gave me a sad smile " give me a minute" I told her with the nicest smile I could give and she head out . When I was sure she was gone I placed the picture of us in my backpack and zipped it up. " am gonna miss her" Kenna says " me too but I can't let you suffer watching him with another" I told her " I love you Inez am happy the universe gave us eachother. " me too Kenna me too" I replied

I then placed my letter on the bed side table and got ready, I wore my warrior out fit since I was ready for anything I did a one over of my self in the mirror and put my hair in a pony tail. " this is it" i told my wolf and open the door to head out. After reaching down the stairs I was just in time to see Marcus kissing his bride and a tear escaped my eyes. " don't he's not worth it" my wolfs says so I side step the crowd and ran as fast as I could . within five minutes I was out of east light coven an officially a lone hybrid. But I knew where I was heading because I deserve a happy life so I reaced out into the forest heading for the north .

Lilly POV

Inez wasnt at the wedding and I knew her more than anyone else ,I love her so much. I knew vampires that got rejected and went crazy so she's taking it very good but everyone has a breaking point and I knew she would need me if she did. I had immediately left the after party a few minutes ago to head up to Inez because apparently Mr dick couldn't feel her in the coven. I open the door to see her bed was made " such a clean freak" I murmured causing me to almost miss that there was a letter on my bed side. " this wasn't there" I say picking up the letter and opening it on it wrote "LILLY❤️"

" dear Lilly my sweetest friend I am sorry to tell you this in a letter but by the time you find this I will be long gone. I know I always seem so in control and open because i can't let you think am weak but this is it. Kenna can't see her mate being married to another and feel the pain of him mating another again . I on the other hand am at the last straw. I have left so he can be happy with her and lead the coven gracefully. No one there see me as a person they see me as a abomination . I need to find something that gives purpose to my meaning less life. Until I see you again friend good bye, I promise one day when I get my life in line I'll visit. here is my parting gift .
