Anna’s P.O.V.

I got to the door and just as I was about to open up the door, I was turned around forcefully. I look up to see Matt with blackened eyes. I began shaking with fear, not know what he would do.

I lower my eyes and then I hear Matt growl.

“Look at me.” He orders.

I lift my eyes up to look up at Matt.

His eyes were back to the normal color green.

“Do not ever walk away from me, do you understand?” Matt asks.

I nod my head slowly. “Can I go back inside?” I ask.

“You can.” Matt says.

I turn around to go inside.

“Anna?” Matt says.

I don’t move.

“I’m sorry for scaring you.” He says.

I turn around slowly; I was shocked that this guy just apologized to me.

“It’s fine. Can I go inside now?” I ask.

“Yes, just stay inside please.” He says.

Matt reaches around me and he opens the door. I turn around and head inside. I see Josh sitting on the couch. I sit on the couch too but on the other side.

“Is he always like that?” I ask Josh.

Josh chuckles. “Sometimes.” He says.

“I’m bored. Can we do something?” I ask Josh.

“Well what do you want to do?” He asks.

“You won’t be doing anything with my mate.” I hear a voice say.

I look to see Matt staring down at me.

“I want Josh…” I began to stay but then I hear Matt growl.

“…To show me around the house.” I finish saying.

“I can show you around.” Matt says.

“I want Josh too.” I say.

Matt growls again. “You are really testing my patience Anna.” He says.

I look at Josh. “Can you show me around the house please.” I say.

Josh looks up at Matt.

“Why are you looking at him? You trying to get permission from him?” I ask Josh.

“Go on Josh, show her around.” Matt says.

I got up off the couch.

“After you show her around, bring her to my office. I need to have a private conversation with Anna.” He says looking at me.

I was scared of what was going to happen if I was left alone with him. Josh leads me away and he begins showing me around.

After he finished showing me around, he took me to a door and he knocks on it.

“Yes?” I hear Matt say.

“I have Anna here.” Josh says.

I hear the door being opened and then I see Matt.

“Come here.” Matt says.

I don’t move.

“Come here now.” Matt says again.

“Say please and maybe I’ll come over.” I say.

He growls. “Please come here.” He says.

I decided to walk in before Matt got even more pissed off at me. I walked in and then I hear the door being shut. I shut my eyes tight not wanting to see Matt’s angry face staring at me.

“Open your eyes please.” I hear him say softly.

I slowly opened my eyes to see Matt smiling at me. I couldn’t help but smile back.

“Sit please.” He says.

I sit down on a chair.

“Anna, you’re supposed to allow me to have a chance at earning your love, how am I supposed to earn it if you keep getting me angry at you?” He asks.
