Chap 22

50 Earth Years Ago

500 Chaos Years Ago

Percy/ Vagus POV:

"So you have a business offer?" I asked.

"Indeed, You are now one of the Damned or Forgotten which ever you prefer," He said.

"And is there a point to this?"

"Yes all the Damned serve me in what has come to be called the Clan of the Forgotten, and I want you to join," He said.

"What's in it for me?"

"Well you'd be helping people all over the universe and you'd serve directly under me."

"That sounds more or less like what the gods made me do," I said cautiously.

"It's more or less the same thing," Chaos said.

"Then in that case no I'm done being a puppet for some higher power!" I yelled.

"I think you might want to rethink your decision," He growled.

"Actually I don't think I do." After those words left my mouth Chaos turned a ugly shade of red and black.

"Who are you to deny me insect?!?!?!" He thundered and the entire room began to shake. The walls around us began to fall apart revealing that we were on a empty asteroid. A first I was worried about air but then I realized I was fine without it. I smirked when I realized how mad Chaos was. He growled a feral growl.

"Fine if that's how you want to play it then I Chaos Strip You of Your Given Name-!" He began. But I wasn't listening my instincts were screaming at me to run and to get away from here so I listened. Spreading my wing I took off it was weird flying with one wing in space but I flew surprisingly fast as I got away from Chaos. He'll never catch me or my name isn't, isn't-. My eyes widened my name!! What was my name, I remember everything else from my life, my father, my brother, my Thestral Nico, Treasure, I still remember it all so why can't I remember my own name.

"Fine then I'll find my own name," I said to myself. After thinking about it for a bit I suddenly thought of the perfect name.

"Vagus."

Time Skip 

300 Chaos Years Later

30 Earth Years Later

Planet: Slalatia

I growled as Chaos walked up to me. I narrowed my eyes as he smirked.

"Looks like I finally caught you Vagus," He said. I returned the smirk.

"You haven't caught me yet bitch," I snarled. I ran straight at a wall before shadow traveling to the farthest place from here. What I didn't count on was Chaos following me through. What I didn't count on was the fact the Clan was waiting from me, What I should have realized was that Chaos was no idiot and was very capable of finding loopholes. As we crashed on the next planet Chaos pinned me so he was on top of me. I tried using my powers to escape but my eyes widened in shock when I couldn't shadow travel, or summon a skeleton. I narrowed my eyes at Chaos he grinned.

"NOW!" He yelled and suddenly I was wrapped in a golden net with Chaos still on top of me. He leaned in close to my ear and licked his lips.

"Looks like I finally caught you," He whispered seductively. My eyes widened when I saw the clan come into view.

"NO! I REFUSED THIS YOU CAN'T DO THIS!!!!!!!!!" I screamed all rationality leaving me as every instinct, every fiber of my being, every bone in my body was telling me to run. I felt like a feral animal being forced into a cage that was too small.

"On the contrary," Chaos whispered I then felt a searing pain in my chest and I screamed and then Chaos said something else that made my blood run cold, "You do now."

Time Skip

Present Day

Planet: Earth

Harry POV:

I was at the beach again, after Chaos showed up and took Vagus away I couldn't seem to get my mind off how wrong that seemed. If I had any doubts about Vagus before I certainly didn't now. My mind then drifted to other things like how up close I could see the sliver and black markings on his right cheek or how if you looked closely you could see a couple strands of sliver and grey hair coming out from under his hood. He said his name meant wanderer. After hearing the way he spoke and how he acted around Chaos I could see why he was a wanderer. 

"Mind if I join you?" I turned around to find Annabeth.

"Yeah sure," I said as I scooted over a bit.

"Are you thinking about Percy?"

"I try not to actually."

"Why?"

"Because then I think of how unfair it is that he died that way. He should have died in battle as a warrior a noble death not stuck in bed dying."

"Thinking about how I acted around him I can see why he never really showed any romantic interest in me."

"Yeah I can see that you were always acting like a slut around him." I chuckled. Annabeth soon joined me. After our laughter died down we sat there in content silence.

"Ever wonder were his soul went?" 

"All the time Annie."

Line Break

Vagus POV:

I was in the torture room still dangling from the celling. Chaos put the whip down and walked around to face me.

"You know I have seen many, many different kinds of Damned but you are truly one of a kind I can see the Fates had such a good time designing you," He purred caressing my cheek. I jerked my head away. His smile flattered for a second before returning.

"Oh Vagus why must you continue to refuse me?" He fake pouted. His hand then trailed down to my hip.

"Oh my love just say it say one word and all the pleasures of the universe can be yours," He purred.

"Go to hell bitch," I snarled. A sharp sting on my cheek rewarded me for my big mouth.

"Well then I guess we just need a bit more obedience training," Chaos said picking up a knife.
