HAVING ANOTHER PERSON in the palace is not bad especially when it's Diana who's in the palace who's having some tea with his majesty and her daughter. unfortunately, the princess is starting to get bored with what they're talking about when her father suddenly called her name which made her look at her father. Claude also look at her and smiled. It brought a very warm feeling in her. she always want Claude to smile happily like that, to find his happiness and express it.

"Diana and I have something to tell you," he said which made her look confused and curious at the same time, nevertheless she nodded. "well you see you'll be a big sister in a few months," Diana said as she looks down and caressing her slightly bump on it.

Antanasia kept quiet which made the two nervous about what will happen when the princess just looks up and smiled at them. "Nas will make sure to take care of my new sibling!"

well... things don't go as she planned it would as she plopped onto her queen-sized bed and stared at the ceiling. a heavy weighed down her chest as she began to think about the events that will happen very soon. what happened three days ago played in her head repeatedly. where Diana was sitting on a wooden chair, her purple dress befitting her frame and her complexion glowing from the moonlight. she had trouble looking at her face. regardless, when she saw the princess her face brightened up and a warm smile graced her features, "your highness, what brings you here?"

Nas rushed up to her and gave her a toothy grin. "I wanted to see Diana!" Diana laughed at this and just patted her head as she can't carry me at all when she's carrying someone in her belly. she hummed a lullaby and Nas relaxed as It was like this for a while when Diana spoke again. "I wish for your highness to give this child love. as you and your majesty loved me. I hope you can give that some love for this precious child."

"of course Diana! I'll be the best Big Sister there ever is!" she yelled. her big blue jewelled eyes which glimmered with curiosity and innocence suddenly looked mature, sadness and guilt swirled in the depths of her blue hues. Diana was startled by this and blinked her orbs.

"Diana." she pointed to the door, "Daddy's here." Diana's breath hitched and she turned her head towards the door to see Claude. tears leaked from her eyes and she held me tightly. she gently hugged Nas and sent her a forced smile. at this, Nas' heart clenched.

"darling, please go to his majesty's room." she whispered to Nas as she nodded obediently. as she left the room with a heavy heart, she heard Claude's voice ring loudly, "don't leave me. choose me, choose me! Instead of a child that's eating your life as we speak!" a tear fell on Nas' eyes as she can hear her father shouting at Diana as she shakily raised a hand over her mouth to muffle her cries as she also remembered how her past parents would also fight to the point that Nas wants to leave that place.

"I don't want Diana to leave us... I want her to stay with us," she mumbled as she can feel her eyelid heavy as she slept on the floor because of crying too much.

Diana is currently eight months and a few weeks pregnant. she still hasn't thought of a name for her child yet and of course, the princess already has one in her mind as she doesn't care if they have the same meaning as names. a knock on the door made her flinch in startled. she did some yoga breathing, trying to calm her racing heart before answering, she heard a feminine voice cry from the other side, "your highness! lady Diana requests your presence!" she scurried to the door and swung it open, seeing her frantic maid staring down at her worriedly. she furrowed her eyebrows, what's going on? is what she's thinking.

Diana was in her labour and ready to bring the protagonist into this world. she stood in the room uncomfortably. It's happening.. the only woman who she considered as her mother the only one who gave her endless affection. why? why would they even let her live.. only to let her die without watching her child grow? this is beyond cruel.

her heart clenched as she stood near Diana's bed. Diana lifted her hand and quickly grabbed it. her magenta eyes glazed and her lips trembled. at the sight of this, Nas' tears fell without warning, she knew... she knew she was going to die but still wanted a future for her child.

at that moment, she had to let her know how she truly felt before she passed away. Diana was the first mother she ever had, and she loved every moment with her. In the past, she grew up not loved by my family, she was just a shadow of them .. they just always embarrassed her with their friends... but in this lifetime, Claude and Diana were the best parents she could ever ask for.

"m—mama—" she began. Diana cut me off as her breath became unsteady, "y—your highness.. please grant this one request.. please give my baby a name..." she stared at Diana in bewilderment. she swallowed thickly. time was ticking as her nanny held her shoulder, signalling she had to leave.

"Athanasia." she quickly spoke. she saw a look of surprise wash Diana's features. Athanasia; A Greek name meaning eternal life and the name which allowed Lee Jiyhee to survive in this world. she forced a smile and said firmly. "Athanasia De Alger Obelia." her heart ached horribly when Diana began to stroke her head and hummed a lullaby she usually sang to Nas before she leaves her chamber. but this time, she's never coming back.

"your highness, we must leave." spoke her nanny with a sad tone. she held onto Diana's hand tighter. her mouth opened but nothing came out. as if something was preventing her from saying what she wanted to tell Diana. she slowly walked outside the room. before she stepped out of the room, she heard Diana call out her name. "Antanasia." Nas turned to look at her.

Diana's tears fell from her eyes as the edge of her lips formed a sad smile. her beautiful magenta eyes were still full of love and power, even in front of death's door. "I love you, my darling," said Diana earnestly.

her eyes widened. her feelings suddenly become a mess. she had to tell Diana that she loved her too, her only mother.

"I-I--!" 

Diana let out a piercing scream which scared the life out of Nas. her nanny Amana quickly picked her up and hurried out of the Ruby Palace. Once they arrived at the Sapphire Palace in which she now lives because her father announced that she was the crown princess. she was quickly brought to her chamber. she dashed to her window and opened it. she looked outside to the moon gleaming brightly and stars twinkling.

all she can pray is that she wished that her sister will be alright with her father who she can confirm will come to the Ruby Palace to kill everyone in there except her sister and Lilian York.
