It was getting dark. Again. Another day finished quite uneventful for the gang. The shop lights sparkled all over town. The shopping district brighter than most.

"That's it? That's all we had to do." Naruto commented, hands behind his head. Sasuke clicked his tongue, an empathetic disagreement. He wasn't as bored as he thought he'd be.

Arima and Endara we're walking behind them and Kakashi, a little dazed, walked behind the twins.

"No. Not yet." Arima said, in answer to the blonde shinobi. Naruto replied brazenly, he had a scratchy voice for a child, "Then what else are we going to do?"

      "Just wait and see."

Before they could continue their conversation, to which Arima hadn't intended to say anything more, giggles were heard.

Just ahead of them. Soft and beautiful. Enchanting like the pitter pattering of rain on an summer night. Sprinkles of rain and gentle blowing wind.

"Hey, isn't that Areayis?" Sakura noticed, her green eyes looking at a couple of people they were about to cross paths with.

Shining white hair like crushed stardust with it's hinting blue hues and pink glow, pale white skin like a corpse and wide, innocent black eyes.

Areayis drew eyes to her everywhere she went, like a beacon of beauty.

Sakura didn't say it out loud because at some point she thought to herself, 'Areayis is a friend.'  but she was jealous of the sheer attractiveness the other girl exuded so naturally.

It wasn't simply how she looked like, there was a certain charm about Areayis. Sparkling and splendid.

"Yes. She's with Neji Hyuga, as usual." Sasuke commented bored, hands in his pocket. He always wondered how Areayis could be in the company of a Hyuga. A frigid, aloof Hyuga.

'Areayis is always smiling and cheerful like a certain loser I know but, still, she has a very innocent face.'

Sasuke sneered at the fact that a forehead protector was tied around her neck. 'She looks too fragile to be a shinobi. She looks like a princess.'

"Come to think of it, they're always together." Naruto piped up loudly. "We met her first, she should be with us." He sulked childishly, as if his favourite candy had been snatched from his hands right in front of his eyes.

"Don't be like that, Naruto. You don't even know him and besides, that girl you're talking about belongs to the same team as him." Kakashi told them, when he remembered the time he saw Guy's students and all the times Guy bragged about his new student.

      Beautiful, smart and talented.

'But that's just Guy being enthusiastic about his student. Still, he's right. Areayis's beauty is out of this world. How could a human look like that?

Come to think of it, her too..'

A fleeting image of Ai popped up in his mind. Kakashi closed his eye and threw away her image from his head and he mentally shook his head.

'And these twins... What is it with me and meeting otherworldly beautiful people?'

"Oh! I know them!" Came a cheerful exclamation. Areayis was smiling radiantly as she waved at them. Her void black eyes swept over them and when her gaze landed on the twins, she froze.
