The Map's Current purpose is to serve as a benchmark of what is to be expected as of the current political situation on Earth on Christmas Day. This map is subject to change by the end of the New Year, should unforeseen events occur, which is why most of the borders are not colored and many nations are not named.
In the United States of (North) America and Canada, the slight red discoloration in British Columbia is representative of the Socialist Republic zones or active Guerrilla territories, while the darker color in the other sections of Canada represents zones that are reporting significant Canadian Ultranationalist or Rogue elements
In the Russian Federation, the very dark areas are provinces which show a higher level of support for the Ultranationalists than for the current, Democratic Russian Government. These areas are to be monitored at all costs.
