Most of the flags are going to be used to replaced the generic blue background with coat of arms.
California's flag is going to maintain the change.

From our studies and from our interrogation of the Reunion Members that we captured that were still on Earth, we might be able to use Arts to further international interest in the terraforming operations on Mars and Venus.
Arts is one of those things that actively breaks and defies all known Earthling laws of physics, science, Thermodynamics, and everything under the sun.
We think that if applied correctly, the process for the 2 planets can be drastically sped up. We already have the protective shield over Venus and Mars is being glassed to high heaven with laser satellites, let's hope that Arts can speed up the process in between.
We are also working with the Engineering units of Rhodes Island for some prototypes.
For the record, ever since we started this department scientists are drooling about studying and working on something that could revolutionize us for the better.
