The next morning came, and while Emily was at school and Y/N was in the library, reading, I was in my office, on the phone with my lawyer
"Are you sure there won't be any legal problems with Vanessa if she finds out?" I asked, since I was planning on giving everything I had to Emily
"No, but you will have to make sure that she doesn't try and hurt the ones on the testament, because if only Liam remains, he is the rightful heir"

And with that I hung up the phone and walked towards the library to talk to my wife

"Yeah, I just need to talk to you" I replied, sitting down next to her, to which Y/N put her book down and looked at me

"Lionel, you're only 45, there's no need to think about death now" she said to which I chuckled before pecking her forehead
"I know, but if Liam really is my son, I want to make sure he doesn't get anything while Vanessa is alive" I explained to which she nodded
"So, what do you plan on doing?"
"I'm going to give everything to Jessica in case something happens to the both of us, and when Emily will be 16, she'll have the choice if she wants to take over the mafia or not"
"And if she doesn't want to?"
"Then the mafia will remain with Jessica, however all of my businesses will be Emily's" I explained before caressing her hand "they just, won't have any connections with the Secret 3 and everything along the lines of that"
"Do you really think that's a good idea?" Y/N asked to which I nodded
"The only other way to keep Vanessa away is to kill her, but that will cause a lot of trouble, plus I don't' want any blood on my hands" I said only for Y/N to chuckle at my words

"What are you reading?" I replied, changing the subject, which made my wife laugh
