No matter how far you run, no matter how hard you hard you hide, no matter how much you deny it, Fate will catch up with you. And fate will find you. Because faith is undeniable.

Elliot's POV

"What's wrong Gray? Beast? You sound like you've already given up."

That one voice, that one sentence was enough send my mind into a crazed, frantic, blissful frenzy. After his voice came his smell. It was an overwhelming scent that seemed to breakdown my very senses. I drank myself drunk of the smell. If was so  known yet so unfamiliar, so describable, yet indescribable. My eyes unconsciously trailed off of the chaos in front of me and moved towards the direction of the voice. My breath instantly got caught in my throat as a lone figure slipped out of the dark woods. The figure was lean, yet very toned; However, most of it was covered by a black coat with a matching pair of dark jeans. His head was down, making a few of his slightly long strands of hair droop unto his face. His face was solid; With his straight jaw and sharp chin, it made his entire aura appear tense, despite his calm demeanor. The entire mass of werewolves turned silent as the person's immense presence made itself known. I shuddered as the his power rolled off the hill and struck me in waves. I felt my wolf shift slightly in my mind as his presence affected her. Everyone else felt it too, their eyes locking unto the person's form.

My Mate's form.

My eyes widened as he lifted his head. His eyes. . . they were a piercing silver; not its former dull grey, with only flecks of grey swirling lazy in those orbs. Although his sharp gaze wasn't on me, I still felt a shiver from the seer intensity of it.

"So, you called the so called 'god' to your aid?" Boomed Blaez as he stared at Gray, his gun still pointed at his head. He then turned to Deimos. "Is that why you are here?"

There was a long silence and I felt as if everyone was holding there breath, waiting for a response from Deimos.

"First of all. . . I'm no god."

His voice was so strong that everyone heard him even though he was at such a distance. "And second, I'm not here for you, although I didn't quite like how easy you went on Gray", he spoke towards Blaez, but his eyes began to search the crowd. Blaez scoffed, his eyes turning back towards Gray. "I really thought that he had gotten stronger. . . but I was clearly mistaken. He really caught me by surprise at the last minute, but it wasn't enough. No one. . . Not even him, can beat the strongest", Blaez replied in a boastful tone. I watched as Blaez's eyes locked on to Deimos's back, a threat ringing clear in his words. I quickly snapped back at Deimos. I watched as his shoulders slightly shook. Then without warning, he threw his head back and erupted in laughter. It was a humorless one however, and it made by body stiffen.

I also didn't like the look in his eyes.

He fully turned around this time to face Blaez.

"The strongest?"

There was an flash, and Deimos suddenly disappeared. There were a few gasps and I quickly looked a short distance away from Blaez, where Deimos now stood. I squinted my eyes as I realized that he was holding something round in his hands. Almost immediately as Deimos appeared, Blaez raised the gun and aimed it at my Mate. "H-how did. . . " Blaez asked, confusion clearly written on his face. He tried to look unfazed and he pointed his gun at the bag in Deimos' hand. "What's in the bag?" He spoke again. When he received no answer, he pointed at Deimos' head. "Hey, I asked what's in the-"
