Your POV:

Oh my god. I can't believe this.

"Baby, are you alright? I'm about to go on stage." I heard Shawn say to me through the bathroom door in his dressing room.

"Yeah, just go on stage, I'll be watching from the side." I replied as I paced around the bathroom.

I heard him leave his dressing room, and I picked up my pregnancy test, hoping and praying it was a false positive. Me and Shawn are so young, we can't have a baby right now.

"Shit." I whispered, knowing the condom we found in the arena had to be old, which means it easily ripped.

How is Shawn gonna take this?

His career is just taking off, gaining some real attention. Being a seventeen year old father will not make a good headline. I finally decided to go watch Shawn perform and buried the pregnancy test in the trash can as best as I could then exited the bathroom. I'm surprised I haven't cried yet, I guess I'm still shocked.

I could faintly hear Shawn singing 'The Weight' as I got closer to the stage.

He sure does have a beautiful voice, and I know he's gonna go far in this business. But I know me being pregnant will definitely damage his reputation.

I started getting worked up again and made my way back to Shawn's dressing room. I lay on the small couch in his dressing room with my arm draped over my head, feeling overwhelmed. Before I could fall into a blissful sleep, I heard the door open and close, making me slowly sit up and saw Shawn setting his guitar down.

"I've gotta pee so bad." He quickly said then hurried into the bathroom.

'I've gotta tell him.' I thought.

As I collected my thoughts and decided what I was gonna tell him, I heard him call my name.
"Yeah babe?" I asked while walking up to the door, then he opened it, and had the pregnancy test box in his hand. Shit.

How the hell did I forget about the damn box?

We stood there staring at each other until I finally grabbed ahold of his wrist and led him to the couch, where we both sat down.

"I was about to tell you." I said quietly, nervous to see what his reaction was gonna be.

"Do you know for sure if you are?" He asked quietly, and I shook my head.

"All I know is that I'm a month late and have had a bit of morning sickness. I need to make an appointment at the doctor to know for sure." I explained, even though my heart somehow knew I was for sure pregnant.

Shawn was silent for a second before grabbing ahold of my hand and soothingly rubbing it. "We'll get through this. I promise. We'll keep this a secret from everyone until you're showing." Shawn said, and I nodded my head feeling a bit of relief, even thought I was terrified of being pregnant this young.

I felt tears slowly begin to roll down my face, which Shawn wiped away, then engulfed me in a hug. "Don't cry babe, everything's gonna be okay." He whispered as we sat there in each other's arms.

I just hope he's right.
