Austin's POV

I woke up with a massive headache and I was on the couch.

"What?" I asked aloud as I sat up. I stood up and immediately wanted to sit back down.

I walked over to the door where Katie was in. I turned the knob and walked in looking for Katie. I couldn't find her and started to look in the boys rooms for her.

"Zach." I hissed into his room. He sat up and stared at me confused. "Where is Katie?"

"In her room." he mumbled and laid his head back down.

"No, she isn't." I said and Zach fully sat up his eyes narrowed.

"What?" he hissed.

"What happened last night?" I asked dreading the answer.

"You were a lot drunk and hurt Katie and I sort of had to refrain you from killing her. She must have got away." Zach said as he rubbed his head.

"Oh." I said shocked with myself. "I'll be back." I said and slipped my jacket on as I grabbed my keys walking outside as I got into my car.

I drove down the road searching for the street as I hummed to myself one of my favorite songs.(a/n- song to the side) I found the familiar road and pulled down the road as I parked the car far away from her house. I got out of the car crossing the street as I walked down the street my sunglasses protecting my eyes and my black leather jacket protecting me from the warm sun. I reached her house and walked to the side where I saw her window. I looked to my left to see a tree.

How ironic.

I started to climb the tree. I reached the top and saw a clear view into what I assumed Katie's room since she was sitting at a desk brushing her hair as her laptop sat in front of her. I stared at her open window and jumped having to bend down to be able to have a good hold on the window. I swayed slightly but I slid into Katie's room. She sat humming to some song as she tapped the keyboard.

"Katie." I whispered into her ear and she stopped moving all together. "What are you doing here?" I hissed.

"I'm just sitting." she whispered as I watched a few tears fall down her cheek.

"Katie!" I heard a voice yell and I dove for her bathroom where I hid.

I heard the door open and I rough voice I have heard maybe once.

"Katie, are you ready for school?"

"Yes, Kale." Katie answered and I knew I recognized him. He was their older brother that still owes us that money.

"Then go to the bathroom and meet me downstairs." he ordered and I imagined Katie nodding. I heard her footsteps as she closed the bathroom door.

"Austin?" she called. I pulled the curtain back and looked down at her.

"Yeah." I said and crossed my arms across my chest.

"Are the other boys here?" she asked and I shook my head. She visibly relaxed as she took something out of her pocket and placed something in my hand closing my hand.

I opened my hand and saw a little key.

"So you don't have to dirty my window." she whispered and I smiled at her.

"Thanks." I said and she just smiled slightly before she grabbed her bag and ran off closing her door behind her.

I watched her go and watched her out the window as she got into the car with Kendall, Kiara, and Kale get in as well. The car drove away as I heard coughing coming from the house and a small feminine sneeze was heard. I opened the door and saw the back of a girl. She continued to walk around the house ignoring my presence.
