22.Engagement

Jiya's pov:

I said,"He-He was here M-Maan where he went? He can't even speak."

Maan hugged me and said,"Nothing will happen to him. we will find him"

He took Aarzoo and I took Ruhaan in my arms. We started looking for Arham. We were looking for him since 30 minutes but we didn't find him. I started to get panicked now. Where is he? What if something happened to him? No, Tears are flowing nonstop from my eyes.

Ruhaan said,"Mumma don't cry. I am sorry he left because of me"

I said,"No baby nothing like that"

Maan said,"Jiya calm down. We will find him. Don't get panic."

I said,"If Ruhaan was missing then also you will say the same thing?"

He looked shocked and then hurt. Once I realized what I said I felt bad. I should not have said so. I know Maan care for Arham.

I was about to apologize when his phone rang and he lifted the call. He said,"Assalamwalikum Ammi. I am out right now. I will be back soon."

He said, "Don't stress Ammi. I will come back soon"

He said," okay okay take care. Allah hafiz."

Once he ended the call I said,"I think you should go. There is only one hour left for your engagement."

He said,"I don't want to argue. I am not going anywhere"

I was about to oppose when my phone rang it was from helpdesk of mall.

I said,"Maan, They found Arham. Let's go"

We quickly went to the helpdesk.
When I saw arham sitting on chair I walked towards him and sat on my knees infront of him. I placed Ruhaan beside me and hugged Arham.

They asked,"Is he your son?"

I said,"yes."

They said,"We have found him as he was going out fo mall wearing the clothes which are not billed."

I said,"I am sorry. Thank you very much for finding him."

We left from there. Suddenly Ruhaan hugged Arham and said,"I am Sorry. I will accept you as my brother. I will not say bad things to you."

Arham hugged him back and smiled lightly. That was surprising because he never did that. I was happy atleast now Ruhaan will not behave rudely with Arham. Ruhaan is soft hearted but little short temepered. Once he accept someone he really care for them.

Aarzoo also hugged him and said."I missed you .Don't leave me my prince."

It seems weird how she calls him prince but she is just a kid. I think I am thinking too much.

This time he didn't say anything. It is normal that's how he behaves.

Finally all of us got back home safely. When we were about to enter I told Maan to come back after 5 mins so no one can notice. I don't want one more hungama today.

We reached our room I did little touch up but It's not in me to go down and watch Maan getting engaged to someone else. My tears are threatening to fall down but I don't want to cry infront of kids.

Ruhaan said,"Mumma.There is playground in the backyard.I want to go there to play"

I said,"Baby but your clothes will get dirty. We have function to attend."

He said,"Mumma please"

Aarzoo also said,"Mumma I want to play"

I thought it's better to play with my kids than to attend this engagement.
We went to the backyard. It's nice playground. It has seesaw, merry-go-round, swingset, slide, jungle gym, sandbox, spring rider, trapeze rings and playhouse.
