Time went by in a blink. Three whole years in this world. I found out my name which was Shizukana Tori. It means 'quiet' 'bird'.

When I was 9 months old, I said my first word. Its not the cliché Mom or dad. (Or in this case Kaa-san or Tou-san)

Mother wanted to dress me in a pink dress and God, I hate pink. So when she picked up the dress, I simply said 'no'. She jumped in panic and rushed over to me and screamed in excitement. It was funny watching her dance round the room. Ahh... Memories.

I managed to make Mom and Dad read some of the books and scrolls in the house. By the age of two, i could read and write.

Mother was really creative. Since I never cried during my birth. I am not from a clan. My dad was from a civilian family but became a ninja. My mom also came from a civilian family but she became a medical ninja.

Yeah, I figured out that I was reborn into to the Naruto universe. Shocker. My brother used to watch the show and ramble about some stuff about how there were ninja's who defied the laws of physics by walking on walls and spewing fire out of their mouths.

I was never a fan and I don't know much. What I do know is that a blond kid with a fox stuck in him becomes a ninja. What I do know is that a war is coming that might kill me.

I was born in December. 2 months after the Kyuubi attack.

Wanna know how I figured it out? Well when I was 2, mother thought it would be a great idea to take me out and show me the village.

We were walking when mother saw one of her friends.

"Mikoto, is that you?" Mom said to a lady who had black hair and onyx eyes. She had pale skin. She was beautiful.

"My, my Midori. How have you been?" She asked mom.

"I have been very busy with little Shizu-chan." Mom replied.

The lady looked at me and squealed. "My, look at how adorable she is. She has her fathers hair. Oh how special eyes." She said as she poked my cheek.

I looked at her with a bored look. Mom does this everyday. She squeals and pokes me so I'm used to it.

"Shizukana meet my friend Mikoto-san. Mikoto, this is my daughter Shizukana." Mom introduced.

Two boys came and stood next to her. Both of them had their mother black hair and onyx eyes.

"Shizukana-chan, meet my sons Itachi and Sasuke. Sasuke here is your age." Mikoto-san said. Itachi smiled at me. I just looked away.

Those names were familiar. But I ignored that thought.

My mom and Mikoto-san were chatting away. I looked at Itachi's eyes and stared straight at them.

I am so making him uncomfortable. Because he was fidgeting in his spot. Sasuke was playing with his mothers dress.

"Alright, we have to get going then. I will see to you later Mikoto. Have a nice evening." Mom said before dragging me away.

Mom kept pointing at various things and explaining what they are. But the one thing that caught my attention was the huge mountain. It looked like Mount Rushmore but with different faces.

I froze in my spot. That... That's from Naruto.

Images flooded through my brain.
Pale skin... Black hair..... Onyx eyes..... Uchiha.... Sasuke..... Itachi..... Head band.... Green vest.

I am in Naruto.  Oh my God.
What is..... What should I.... Millions of questions filled my brain and the only answer I could come up with was 'I don't know.'

Mom noticed me standing in one spot with wide eyes and horror etched on my face.

She did the most natural thing that anyone would do. Panic.

And that was the first time I got a chance to visit a freaking Ninja hospital.

I apparently went into shock. I was still getting through the process of reincarnation but with this Naruto predicament, my 2 year-old body couldn't handle the news.

Well, after that little incident Mother and Father has been cautious around. It kinda irritated me at first but then I started to enjoy their panicked faces every single time I widen my eyes.

Ever since that day, I started to spend my time gathering information. I feel safer with knowledge. I read all the books in my house.

I read books on medical chakra and healing. There were alot of scrolls cause Mother used to be a Medical ninja.

Father's a Jonin.working in the Torture and Interrogation department. It took me a while.to picture Dad torturing someone.

A few weeks ago, I.saw my reflection for the first time. It was when I walked into the guest bedroom. It had a life size mirror.

I looked cute. Well lets just say that in my previous life I had Black hair and grey eyes with slightly tanned skin.

I looked into my reflection and found a girl with paper white hair and gold coloured eyes staring back at me. She had pale skin which was about a few shades darker that my hair.

I smiled and she smiled back. I frowned thinking about the dangers this life could bring me. But no matter what, I would become strong so that i would not fall into the bottom of life.

I walked downstairs and found dad reading a newspaper while mom was cooking breakfast.

"Good morning, Tou-san." I Said with a smile.

He looked up from the paper and smiled. "Good morning Shizu."

I made my way to the kitchen and stood near mother. "Good morning Kaa-san."

She looked at me and said, "good morning Darling."

I made my way up to the table and grabbed a chair. I sat and kept looking at my father.

He must have noticed me staring because he put down the newspaper and looked at me.

"Is there something wrong Shizu-chan?" Dad asked me.

I shook my head. "I want to go to the library."

The library at Konoha had 3 sections. The Civilian Section, the Genin Section and the Chunin and higher Section.

I knew I wouldn't be able to gain any access to the Genin or Chunin section but the Civilian Section would satisfy my needs till I start the Academy.

Father looked at me then at Mother, who had heard our conversation.

I looked at them and smiled when I saw my Father nod.

At least they trust me.

In my previous life, (If you can call it that.) people didn't trust me.

In school the students always thought I was about to do something evil like plot the Principals murder or something. I was always in the library. Reading and soaking up the knowledge each and every book gave me.

Even when I would have breakfast, Lunch or dinner. I would read.

My mother from then, always forbidden to read books at the dinner table. But I would take photographs of the pages from my mind and read them silently.

I never saw a reason to stop working. I wanted to be prepared for everything.

But nothing in the books could have prepared me for the horrors fate had in store for me.
