Trusting and Believing (Chapter 11)

A week had passed since (Y/N) first came to their house. She hasn't been back since but she knows she probably will be soon.

(Y/N) had decided to go for a walk. It was such a beautiful day out she couldn't help but want to go out even if she has nobody to walk with. As she did so, she saw something quite strange. Takemichi, head down, running off somewhere. The thought of what had happened with Emma came into her mind and she couldn't help but wonder where he was going looking all suspicious. She gave in to her curiosity and followed Takemichi from a bit away.

She followed him all the way down to a warehouse. The windows were busted and the thing looked completely empty.

"Mikey-Kun!" Takemichi shouted. Mikey? Has Takemichi run all this way to see Mikey? She stands a little bit away, watching as he walks into the warehouse.

"What's up, Takemitchy?" Asks Mikey. She can just barely hear his voice when she runs up to the side of the warehouse. Is it wrong to be eavesdropping on them? Probably, but she wondered why neither Takemichi nor Mikey had invited her to this exchange. Sure, she knew they didn't have to invite her to everything, but they hadn't even mentioned it.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Asks Draken. (Y/N) peaked over the side, finding Pah and the other one who had talked to Takemichi with him there too.

"You again?" Asks Pah. He definitely isn't happy to see Takemichi there.

"Sorry, but we're discussing something really important right now." Says Draken. So was Takemichi also not invited to whatever this is? How did he know about it? What are they even discussing? The questions circled (Y/N)'s head.

"Can you call off the fight with Moebius?" Asks Takemichi. (Y/N) can only see the back of his head, but she knows he's probably looking a bit scared.

"What?"

"I can't tell you how I know but someone's secretly pulling the strings behind this fight." Says Takemichi. Pah grabs his head and throws his to the side. "Ow!"

"Who the hell do you think you are?" Asks Pah's second in command.

"Get lost. Say another word and I'll murder you." Says Pah. He doesn't look as if he's kidding. For a second, (Y/N) considers running in there in case he actually does try to kill Takemichi, but she knows Draken and Mikey would never allow that. "So, what's our plan to attack?"

"You can't!" Shouts Takemichi. Pah turns back to him. "It's a trap for Toman!"

"The hell? We can't fight them and you can't tell us why? They beat the hell out of my friend and his girl!" Shout Pah as he punches Takemichi around a bit.

"Takemichi, you've made your case, but we're fighting Moebius." Says Mikey. As (Y/N) peaks out a little more, she finds him sat down on something. "You don't understand anything. Once I've made up my mind that Toman and Moebius are going to fight then it's gonna happen."

"I can't back down!" Shouts Takemichi as he falls to his knees. "This fight will be then end of Toman and I've just become friends with you two! I can't accept Toman ending like this!"

"What do you keep blubbering on about— what's the big idea, Draken?" Asks Pah. He had gone to hit Takemichi again but Draken had stopped him.

"Takemichi says he isn't backing down. Maybe it would be a good idea to look into Moebius a bit more, Mikey." Says Draken as he gazes down at Mikey.

"What? You going against Toman, Ken-Chin?"

"What?" Draken says in a surprised tone. "That's not what I said."
