S: You know you work way too much
A: Shivaay, what a pleasant surprise.
They greeted each other with a hug.
A: How did you know I was here?
S: I called Oliver after you missed my call. Why are you working so late?
A: Oh I had a terrific idea, and you know how I get when I'm in the zone. What brings you here?
S: Business conference. Are you done? I was thinking we could catch up
A: yes of course, just give me 10 minutes
Shivaay sat down and went through his phone. It had been 20 minutes but he didn't say anything. She seemed so engrossed in her work, he didn't want to disturb her. He didn't realize when he fell asleep.
After about an hour, Annika was finally satisfied with her latest creation. She turned around to see him asleep on the couch.
A(in her mind): Oh crap, it's been an hour. Poor thing came over here to catch up and I made him wait for so long.
She went closer and gently shook his hand to wake him up.
A: I'm sorry I made you wait so long
S: It's fine Annika
A: You must be tired
S: I'm fine, did you eat?
A: No, not yet
S: let's go eat then
A: are you sure
S: 100 percent. Where can we get some food at (he looked at the wall clock) midnight?
A: I know a place

She booked a cab and they waited outside the office for it to arrive.
A: ugh this cab is still 15 minutes away. Umm Shivaay..
S: I don't like the way you're looking at me, what's going on in your head?
A: Have you traveled by the double decker bus before?
S: what?
A: That bus over there can get us to our destination.
S: No way, I'm not traveling in a bus
A: Oh come it'll be fun, you should try new things.
S: nuh uh, not happening
A: the cab is taking too long, I'm going by the bus, you can wait here
She walked ahead and got into the bus.
S (in his mind): this girl is crazy
He ran to catch the bus.
