At night, Shivaay had again cooked for both of them, even though he knew she wouldn't eat. He was reading something on his tablet in the living room when she came. After changing she headed for the kitchen

S: Hey, dinner's ready, let's eat

She didn't respond, emptied the takeout food she had gotten on her way back, into a plate and went back to her room with it.

S(in his mind): Wow, all of my morning's hard work went down the drain. Okay, my love, I'll think of something else.

The next morning, Shivaay turned off the water supply on Annika's side of the house.

A(in her mind): Offo now what's wrong with this tap. Why is no water coming out? I'll check some other room

Annika checked several rooms on her side, still no water. She went downstairs and saw shivaay coming out of his room, looking fresh, like he just bathed

A(in her mind): How did he bathe? Did he finish up all the water?

A: Shivaay, what did you do? Did you use up all the water?

S: Good morning to you too Annika. And what do I look like to you? How could I have used all the water?

A: Well you're the only one who has used any water today. There's no water left

S: Are you sure?

Shivaay walked upto the kitchen and filled a cup with water from the tap

S: What is this then, vodka?

A: But there's no water in any of the rooms

S: Why don't you admit that you were just looking for some way to talk to me? (he smirked)

A: I have better things to do than waste my time talking to you. Something's wrong with the water supply on my side and I haven't even brushed yet. I can't be late

S: You can use my room, there's water (he shrugged)

A: Never

S: Fine, go like this only

A: Ugh why is this happening to me?

He couldn't see her frustrated so he gave in

S: You can try any room on my side, you don't have to use my bedroom. Stop pulling your hair out for such things

Annika stomped her feet and marched out. She used one of the room's on Shivaay's side.

She came to talk to him after getting dressed

A: Shivaay, I need the sitting room on your side today, I have some guests coming over for a little party.

S(in his mind): Party, interesting

S: What will I get out of letting you use my side of the house? You clearly have an issue with me coming on your side

A: Fine, you can use one of the room's on my side for an evening

S: Nop, this deal holds no value for me

A: Really, you're negotiating with me for a room now

S: I'm a businessman after all

A: What do you want? (she rolled her eyes)
