ALESSA'S POV

I was sleeping peacefully  when I felt some movement around me.
Just then I heard some voices disturbing my sleep.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR ETHAN AND ALESSA.

Two voice were heard saying

Stop it. Let me sleep.

One voice was mine and other was of my twin.

Just then I felt someone jumped on my side and soon after tickling started.

I opened my eyes and tried to get away while laughing but instead I cried in pain. Tears welled up in my eyes.
Noah and Santiago who were  tickling me, backed up at once.

Everyone got worried.

Alessa- I am fine.

Pierro- Don't you dare. Don't you dare to say that again Stella. I want you to know that if u are facing some problem then tell us always baby, we are your family.

Alessa - But I don't wanna bother you.

I said looking down. Someone put their hand under my chin and made me look up. It was Nonno.

Nonno- No baby never ever think that. We will be bothered only if u don't share your problem. Do you want to bother your family by not sharing your problem.

Alessa - No never.

Francesco- Then tell us.

Alessa- It's hurting.

Isabella- What's hurting.

Alessa- My leg, hand, my eyes and my head too. Looks like my whole body is paining.

Alexander- It must be because of yesterday.

Joe- Next time you feel like so angry then don't hurt yourself like this instead go to any of us and punch us.

I giggled at that

Alessa- I myself will get hurt if I hit you. Look at those muscles.

Lorenzo- Well you can hit Miles and Noah. I am sure you won't even feel pain.

Noah and Miles looked at him horrified.

Santiago snickered and said

Santiago- EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!!!

And we all laughed at him.

Clemente- Ok if u all are done. Let me check on her.

After that Clemente checked on me and said that everything is fine and he will change my bandage after shower and also gave me a painkiller.

Grayson- OK It's time for surprise guys.

Oh no!  I just hope their surprise is not like last time.

Just then aunt Aurora  went out of the room and came back with hiding something behind her.

Ethan- Let me close your eyes.

Alessa- But......

And a lot of sssshhhhh heard around the room so I shushed myself.

I opened my eyes and the first word came from my mouth were
