The Mirror

A/N- sorry for not uploading chapters recently. I'm currently in India for my aunt's wedding and I've been busy planning. When I get back, I'll have to catch up on school work so I won't be uploading soon.
I will upload this chapter, then when I get time I will upload the teaser chapter then I will do the request.

Gladion never looked at the mirror. He hates looking at himself. He didn't like how he looked. He avoids anything that could show his reflection.

"Hey ash, I'm going to get ready for bed! All the pokemon are asleep and we should get to bed" gladion says as he walks into their bedroom. "I'll be there in a few minutes, I just need to finish this paper work" ash says not looking up from the paper work in front of him.

He goes into the bathroom and shower, changes and does bathroom stuff.

He froze when it came time to brush his teeth, he would have to stand in front of the mirror. 'I just won't look at the mirror' gladion thought.

He grabbed his toothbrush, put the toothpaste on the toothbrush and started brushing his teeth. He kept his eyes away from the mirror and thought one thing in mind.

He took the brush out of his mouth and cleaned it with water and put it away.

He stays din the same spot for a minute and on impulse, he looked into the mirror.

The firsthing he had noticed was how there was dark circles under his eyes, then his tangled, mess, wet blond hair and how his eye emerald eyes looked so dull.

He looked so different. 'Why didn't ash say anything?' He thought.

He hates the way he looks. He needs to get rid of it. He need to get rid of his reflection, if not tell know how ugly he looks, how he's such a mess.

Without a second thought he punched the mirror.

Glass got in his hand, and red blood came out. The mirror was shattered.

He heard ash yelling and the door being pushed open. He couldn't  hear what ash was saying. All he knew was that ash saw him and was telling him something.

Ash was just sitting on their bed petting pikachu waiting for gladion to get into bed.

Ash was wondering what was taking so long, and his attention changed when he heard glass being shattered.

"Gladion!?!" Ash slightly yelled, as he ran over to their bathroom. He pushed open the bathroom door and when he opened it he saw gladion, on the floor, with shattered glass in his hand, on the floor.

He crouched down and looked at gladion's face, his eyes looked hazy and unfocused, which scared him a little.

'Ash, stay calm, panic later. Treat gladion first' Ash thought as he grabbed the first aid kit in the cabinet and started to pick out the glass with tweezers. "Gladion, Gladion, pleas I need you to come back to me". Ash says gently trying his hardest not to let panic seep through his voice.

He took out all the glass and grabbed a roll of bandages from the first aid kit, and began to start wrapping gladion's handed.

Once he was done he tried snapping his fingers in front of gladion to bring him back to reality, but it didn't work.

He pit everything away and gently grabbed Gladion's chin to see if there were any other cuts from the glass.

Once he saw that there was no cuts, he gently kisses gladion's cheek. "Gladion please, please come back to me, please gladion " ash whispers.

There was something on his hand, then he felt someone kiss him, his cheek, he heard a voice whispering something to him, some thing he could hear.

"..please gladion"

That was ash

He got pulled out if his thoughts because of ash, and he c would finally see ash hugging him on the ground.

"...Ash?" Gladion whispered.

That caught Ash's attention immediately, "Welcome back. How about we go back to sleep, you're tired" ash says before lifting gladion up and laying him down the bed, before laying down beside him, and pulling him in to cuddle.

"..Sorry about that ash.."

"Don't apologies  gladion. Go to sleep, I love you"

"Good night,...I love you too"
