A loud cry snapped his head to the direction. Bhairav immediately ran towards the direction from where that voice came. He reached to the bank of river and saw what?

The scene before him did a magic and he just laughed out. A warrior like him who hardly smiles was laughing at something. There the sweet princess puffed her cheeks and glared at him with her beautiful deer like eyes.

"Aap hass rahe hai? Humari madad karne ki jagah aapko hasna sujh raha hai?"

( You are laughing? Instead of helping me you are laughing there?")

She cutely stated and tried to move in the water only to fall again over the rock. Bhairav chuckled and shook his head. He forwarded his hand and gestured her to grab it.

"Thanks but i can manage!" She twitched her nose and tried to come out with the help of rock only to fail again.

"If you are done then hold my hand. I don't have whole day to sit and laugh at your act." He added which curved her face in a pout. Avantika held his hand and came out of it. She looked at herself and made a crying face.

"Now what will I do? I can't roam around in these clothes. I spoilt everything, we had just come and I have to return now."

Her sad face pierced in his heart. He didn't think much before dragging her with him. Avantika was asking but he didn't answer.

Once they reached before a small house he glanced at her and gestured to come inside.

"Is it your house?" She asked with a bright smile. He nodded and went inside another small room.

"How wonderful!! I wish to live here forever." She whispered the last line looking at him.

Bhairav came out with some clothes and jewelery. She looked at him confused which he understood and answered.

"These are my sister's clothes and my mother's jewelery. I know, they aren't expensive but very precious to me. You can use it__"

"This jewellery is more expensive than any gold bhairav. Your mother's memories lie in them." His heart overwhelmed with her talks. Every word attracted him towards her but again not wanting any attachment he avoided and decided to change the topic.

"You go and chance after that I will show you around the village."

She nodded her head and went inside the other room.

"But i don't have money." She looked at the shopkeeper and then towards the beautiful bangles.

Keeping them back on their places she turned to leave. Bhairav looked at her to which she gave a beautiful smile and they both walked from there. Her sad face was again affecting him. His every effort to avoid it was failing as if something was attracting him towards her with great force.

"You want that?"

She titled her head at him and smiled shaking her head.

"They are beautiful but i don't have money to buy it. Doesn't matter, you brought me out of that cage and now I am able to explore this beautiful place is enough for me."

Her optimistic answers always shocked him. In any situation she finds a way to smile. How? It isn't like her life is filled with happiness only then also there's no tress of disappointment or sadness.

"I doubt if you are really a princess."

He asked making her head snap at him. Avantika stared at him with wide eyes and giggled.
