drone testing —'{ Chapter twenty five }'—
the wake up following morning was pretty brutal we had been out for a while just having fun and when the fun had to end me And JJ crashed on the pull out at the cashier I didn't want to go home last night and I don't want to go today
The plan for today since we have successfully "borrowed" the drone is to take it underwater and that's why we're here key in Jon B. under the water well I'm sitting on the deck listening to JJ and pope bigger
"What's this righ-" he starts "don't touch that I'm trying to work this thing" he says smacking JJ's hand away
testing the drone was boring me to death but the conversations kept me alive " God bless keeks Pope truly man what will we do without you to control the drones" JJ goes on "technically it's not a drone it's a ROV" popes interrupts "shut up shut up shut up it's too early for that right now" JJ speaks causing me to laugh
"jae you started that yourself" I say "yeah JJ you'd be fine your girlfriend is a geek too" pope Remind used to be I say knowing I have slacked off a lot this past year
"Brook I don't get it" Pope starts i hum in response "I don't get why you don't try to do anything with your future I mean you're smart enough and you know it" pope goes on and I frown "Pope drop it" JJ says protectively I try to keep the vibe up "I agree with JJ now it's too early for big kid conversations" I laugh it off
"hey look once we get the footage of the rack will bring it to a lawyer in town and file a formal claim" john b grabs our attention making it known they are above water again "and who's gonna pay for that lawyer JB" I say smirking "it's bullshit why do we have to do that" JJ clueless self starts up
"well there is a Maritime salvage law you can't just go to the ocean floor and scoop a bunch of stuff up" pope explains "I know I know" JJ is interrupted "I feel like we should get you in the summer school class maybanks" I say smiling "shut up" he says annoyed "but as brook stated lawyers aren't cheap" he continues "as soon as they see the footage the work for a claim" john b says "or Brooke and pay for it" he shrugs "knew it" I let out a whisper sending an annoying look to John B
"How do you know of that" kie speaks for the first time this entire time "because my dad said it like a million times" JB sounds annoyed "like all the time every day" I add and John B gestures to me "yeah that's fair then" kie says looking in between us kie and john b start to swim to the latter of the dock
"the tether is like really long in the wrong rather I can get pushed around" pope informs us "so you idiots better not drag us out during a storm to do this" I say helping kie up onto the dock "then will go at dead of calm"John B says looking out into the horizon
SAVVY SPEAKS; hii guys i'm so so sorry i know this chapter was supposed to be posted two days ago school just started which is why i made a schedule but then i like didn't follow my schedule lol but here is todays chapter it's kinda short compared to some of the others but it's just as good let me know how it is and i hope to update soon
