Chapter Ten

Rose Black

I close the door softly sighing, my baby boy, this is too much for him but Derek thinks it's okay, that he can do this, I believe in my son too but somethings are just too difficult for him. I walk downstairs seeing Chad, Dave and Riley about to head out the door

"Where are you guys going?" I ask
"I am going to be on patrol tonight" Chad says
"While we go back to Black Moon to keep things going and safe" Dave says pointing to himself and Riley, I nod
"Okay, be careful" I say they nod and leave.

I go into the living room seeing Derek with Drew and Mandy
"How is he?" Derek asks as I sit on his lap sighing, he rubs my back
"Tired, worried" I say
"He's doing a great job Rose, he'll be okay" Mandy says, I smile nodding
"I told him that, I know he will be fine. He's my son, I worry" I say shrugging
"That's why he'll be okay, he's your son" Drew says, I smile
"Hows Sarah?" Derek asks
"She's shaken up a bit, but she's okay. She'll be okay" Mandy says
"Thanks for coming guys, it really means a lot" Drew says
"You'd do the same for us, now tell us every detail involved in this" I say, they nod and start from the beginning adding more details of that night Mandy left and she explained what the guy felt like and the small scent she got in her intoxicated state.

Drew and Mandy went to bed thirty minutes ago, Derek and I are still in the living room thinking things through.
"That's enough thinking babe" He whispers placing a kiss on my exposed shoulder making my eyes shut as I sigh
"I want to help our son" I say
"I know, so do I but he is a big boy now Rose. He can handle this, he won't want us interfering with his job" He says
"I know, I just want to do something, to help" I say
"We will help, not as much as we're used to but we will be involved in solving this. For now though, lets sleep" He says then kisses my neck
"Sleep?" I whisper as he kisses below my ear and I hum in response
"Maybe a bit of fucking can be involved" He whispers, I open my eyes looking at him
"Fucking? Is that what you want tonight babe" I say, he smirks then starts kissing my jaw
"Yes, we can make love later but right now I want to fuck you like if we were 19 again" He says, I smile

"You sure you can still handle it?" I tease, he raises a brow at me
"I may be fourty but I feel twenty baby" He says
"Prove it" I whisper leaning in close, our lips barley brushing each other
"Your wish is my command babe" He whispers and in wolf speed we are out of the pack house and in our room in the guest house. I'm giggling as he drops me on the bed, when we lock eyes his go dark and I know mines must have as well.

It's a mess of clothes flying off, our lips everywhere on one another, our bodies getting tangled in each other making the room get hot and we start sweating from all the heat running through our bodies.

He stops rubbing my clit and slams in me with no warning making me let out a high pitch moan as I arch my back and we get lost in each other for hours.

"God. You proved me wrong" I say as we cuddle naked and sweaty under the sheets. Derek kisses my head chuckling a little
"You underestimated me babe" He says

"I love you" I say looking up at him
"I love you too" He says leaning down to peck my lips
"I'm going to go out for a run, see how Chad is doing" I say sitting up, he groans
"Rose, relax babe. Please. Lay back down, look we will sleep for a bit then right when we wake up we'll go look around and make sure things are okay. Yeah?" He asks, I sigh
"Fine, but the second one of us wake up, we go" I say, he nods pulling me back down wrapping his arms around me again
"Get some sleep" He whispers, I sigh closing my eyes
"Sweet dreams" Is the last thing I hear then I'm out like a light

A/N: I thought we needed a little of Derek and Rose so I decided to give them this chapter for just them.
