Epilogue Pt. I

1 Year 9 Months Later

I wake up hearing giggles and a 'shh', I mentally smile knowing who they belong to.
"Doesn't mommy look beautiful sleeping?" My husband says and the two 1 year olds make sounds as if saying yes to their daddy's question
"Wake her up so she can have pancakes" Mason says and I feel two little bodies on the bed crawling on top of me and saying things that aren't full words yet
"Boo!" I sit up smiling at my babies making them let out a small scream that turns into laughs making me giggle
"How are my babies doing today" I say grabbing them both and kissing their cheeks
"We are doing great" Mason answers making me shake my head as he winks then leans in and pecks my lips
"I gave them both baths already and changed their stinky diapers" Mason says
"It was your turn anyways" I say
"Yeah well get ready babe, we have a birthday party to decorate" He says, I smile and look at my two babies
"Can't believe they're a year old now" I say as they poke each other I look back to the day they were born

"I can't wait until those two are out and running around" Cindy says as she holds her baby girl Alex on her lap
"Same. My back is killing me!" I say making her laugh then our mates come out of the tree line laughing together as they slip shirts on
"How are my babies doing?" Steve says kissing Alex then Cindy
"How are you baby" Mason says pecking my lips
"How are my babies doing?" He asks my tummy then kisses it making me smile
"We are great, I can feel that today is the day" I say making him smile
"I hope, I can't wait to hold them" He says
"Do you guys have names in mind already?" Steve asks
"We want names that start with 'j' so we made a list and have five from each gender" I say
"We also decided to give them one of our parents names as their middle names" Mason says
"Aw that's sweet" Cindy says

The sun is setting, I'm rubbing my tummy as I watch the sky change colors.
"How's my little girl doing?" I turn around to see my Dad
"Daddy" I say going into his arms, he holds me then kisses the top of my head
"Look at you, so grown up. About to be a mother" He says, ever since I found out I was pregnant and told everyone he has said that multiple times trying to let it sink in.
"You're going to be a grandpa" I tease making him chuckle
"I'm too young!" He jokes along, he wraps his arm around my shoulders as we walk back to the pack house
"Where's mom?" I ask
"Cooking like she always does when she's anxious" He says making me giggle
"How was Europe?" I ask
"It was beautiful, so beautiful. Thank you for sending us away for a while" He says, I nod
"You two needed new scenery" I say
"Yeah, we did" He says then I feel a pain and my legs get wet making my eyes widen
"Oh crap" I say
"What?" He asks
"My water just broke" I say, his eyes widen this time then he scoops me up and runs in wolf speed to the pack hospital
"Dad I won't give birth right away, the contractions are too far apart" I say as he stops in front of the building
"I don't care. I already mind linked Mason and your mother" He says, just as he finishes his sentence they appear
"Baby, you okay?" Mason asks, I nod taking his hand in mine
"My contractions are too far apart it could be hours until I give birth" I say
"I don't care, lets go in" He says

4 hours later

"Okay, your about ready to push Sarah" Dr. Z says, I grip Masons hand
"I'm right here baby" He says then places a kiss on my hand as my mom wipes sweat away from my forehead
"Who are you keeping in here?" Dr Z asks
"Mom and Mason" I say then everyone gives me smiles as they leave
"Okay, on three" Z says getting in position, I nod it goes by like a blur, once I hear 'three' I grip my Mom and Mason's hands pushing with all I have. I push two more times then a cry fills the room
"Its a baby boy" Z says before handing him to a nurse to clean him up
"Jaden" Mason says, I smile at the beautiful name
"Jaden Drew Black" I say, he kisses my sweaty forehead then a contraction hits
"Here comes the second one" Z says
"You can do this baby girl" Mom says
"Ready, on three again" Z says, I grip their hands and on 'three' I push. After pushing for a second time another cry fills the room and my heart feels at ease
"A baby girl" Z says giving her to the nurse to clean her up
"Jasmine" I say
"Jasmine Rose Black" Mason says, I nod smiling then the nurses bring them to us and I am the first to hold my babies
"They're beautiful Sarah" Mom says, I can hear her choke up
"Hi babies, I'm your mommy" I say
"I'm your daddy, God you two are beautiful" Mason says
"Our Jaden and Jasmine" I say getting a kiss on the lips

"Babe" I snap out of my thoughts locking eyes with Mason
"Sorry, I was looking back" I say, he smiles pecking my lips
"It seems surreal but it's happening babe, now get up we are expecting guests soon" He says getting up and taking the two munchkins in his arms making them giggle with joy
"I'll be down in a few then" I say, he nods leaving the room

I finish curling the final strand of hair then look at myself in the mirror. I'm wearing a simple white dress that has a heart shaped cut in the back and some sandals, nothing too extravagant for my kids first birthday. I walk out of the room and downstairs to see my parents, parents in law, Cindy and Steve are already here
"You look gorgeous" Cindy says coming for a hug
"Thanks, you don't look bad yourself. Where's Alex?" I ask
"With your babies" Steve says and we hug as well
"Sarah good to see you again love" Rose says hugging me
"Good to see you two as well" I say going to hug Derek
"There's my girl" Mom says, I hug her tight
"Mommy" I say smiling
"There's my wife" I turn around seeing Mason with Jaden in his arms
"He's missing his mom" He says handing him to me, I kiss my baby boys cheek
"Hi baby, happy birthday" I say in the baby voice I've been using nonstop with them. We all go to the yard with the rest of the packs and enjoy the food, the music then Steves parents arrive with the cake and everyone sings to Jaden and Jasmine.
"Happy birthday to youuu!" Everyone sings then claps, Mason holds Jasmine as I hold Jaden and we help them blow out their candles then have them clap along with everyone. Mason and I look at each other with wide smiles then lean in for a kiss but Jaden managed to grab cake and smashes it on his Dads face making everyone laugh
"He's going to be a trouble maker" Mason says, I giggle and place my lips on the frosting kissing it off
"I love you" I say
"I love you too" He says then we look at our kids placing kisses on them
