Leaving Me In Hell

I saw that you drowned in your blood again
Saw your wrists sliced into shreds, amber water filling the tub to the rim

Tell me next time so I can bring a boat, so I can sing your eulogy as your last breath escapes your throat
I will proclaim your cowardice for all to hear, so I can disguise my own anger with words of praise to their ears

I guess my love wasn't enough to save you, late nights at your window or coaxing you to eat meant nothing to you
Hours of listening and wasting sleep, staying with you 'till exhaustion came, I guess my determination wasn't a necessity

I'll watch you slowly as you drown in your blood and I'll sadly think of the things we could've done
So drown and drown as you travel to heaven
And I'll secretly loath you for leaving me in hell
