Less Than Nothing

All you people out there
Get ready to be blamed
Cause everybody's guilty
We should be ashamed

How did we become so angry, cruel and cold?
Careless, misanthropic, waiting to get old
I can't believe we sold our souls for less than nothing

Give me a sign,
There must be hope in seemingly hopeless times
We can be wise
So please give me a sign

Mothers killing children
Fathers being cruel
Kids becoming gunmen
Sending massacres to school

For standing up for weak ones, they beat a man to death
This outrage and injustice
Makes me catch my breath
I can't believe we sold ourselves for less than nothing

Give me a sign, give me a sign
This is everybody's case
Confront the devil face to face
Cause we're running out of time

How did we get so far, pretending everything's alright?
This is what we are, a nightmare tonight
While some are starving, we're still not satisfied
Is this world going nowhere?

This world is going nowhere
