Jenna's POV

It has been just about two weeks ever since Victor saved me that night. And I haven't seen Victor since then. Chelsea is having a birthday party today and she wants me to look presentable, so I got my hair touched up at the salon. I also went through my closet and found nothing to wear so I'm borrowing one of my mom's dresses. I look in the mirror to make sure everything looks decent before grabbing my heels and heading out the door. When I arrive at Chelsea's place, I knock on the door.

The door opens and Chelsea stands at the door. Her blonde straight hair is now in big shiny coils of curls and she's in a red wine-colored dress that hugs her tightly, showing off her thin figure. Chelsea has always looked beautiful, so her dressing up would make her almost goddess like. She widens her blue eyes and smiles at me. "Jenna!" she hugs me. "You look so pretty in that dress!"

I giggle. "Thanks. It's my mom's."

"Let me take a picture." she pulls out her phone. "This is going to be saved in a separate album just to remind me that you can be girly." She holds her camera up, and then puts it down. "Pose like a model on a runway or something. Look the part!"

I sigh. I tend to not feel photogenic at times. "Do I have to?"

Chelsea mocks my sigh jokingly. "Yes. It's my birthday. Now, please pose for me?"

I do as she tells me, and she tries adjusting my body as to where and how I should pose, and we settled it to a decent one. Chelsea takes the photo.

"Yes! Finally!" she exclaims. "I love it."

We finally head inside her house, and she tells me what she wants in each and every room.  When we almost finished, we hear someone knock on the door. Chelsea opens and allows a few people to come inside as they complement her. I see that it's Gordon and Isaac. Although I'm slightly disappointed that I didn't see Victor with them, I'm still glad they at least came.

"Hey," I say to them. "How are y'all doing?"

They both squint at me and then widen their eyes. "Hey Jenna," Gordon says speaking first. "This is the first time I've seen you dolled up."

Chelsea giggles. "I know right? And I've known her for years."

"Yeah, you look hot," Isaac tells me.

I chuckle. "Thanks, guys. It means a lot." I clear my throat. "So, because you guys are closer to Victor than anyone else, do you know what happened to him? I haven't seen him in a while."

"He hasn't been feeling well for about a week and a half," Gordon says.  "We told him about Chelsea's birthday party and how everyone was invited so he should be on his way with Israel."

"Okay, that's nice to know that they both accepted my invitation," Chelsea says. "The party is about to start in like 15 minutes, and we are basically almost done setting up. Jenna, can you go and get my iPod off the charger in my room?"

I nod and head upstairs to Chelsea's room. I grab the iPod off her dresser and go back downstairs. I hear the door again and Victor and Israel walks in with a cake. Victor is wearing a leather jacket and his dark brown hair is pushed back with a piece hanging over his eye. The tattoo on his neck is revealing slightly.
