It's been a few days since the whole prankster situation. Nothing has happened since then, so for that I'm entirely grateful. Santana arrived back from his business trip two days ago. He invited me out for a date tonight not sure where he's taking me. All I know is that I need to be ready by eight tonight.

Today, my work shift ended early, so I rushed straight home and got ready for tonight. Being heavily pregnant, it's hard to find a good comfortable outfit, so I stick to black tights and throw over a nice loose blouse throwing a nice coat Santana brought me from his business trip. I fix my hair up into a nicely combed bun only applying mascara and eyeliner. Once I was done, a knock is heard on the door probably Santana ready to take me on this surprise date. I swing the door open and of course his hazel eyes locks with mine.

"Hello beautiful," he says sweetly showing off his perfect white teeth.

"You look handsome," I respond meaning every word to it. Santana indeed is very handsome always wearing his best suits. His cologne is always on point strong, but a good smell to it. As much as I don't want recognize it myself. Little things like this reminds me of Leo Castillo. However, I always brush away his memory wanting to move on from my past.

"So where are we going?," I question following behind him feeling the cold breeze hit my skin.

"You really don't like surprises don't you?," he chuckles opening the door for me to step inside.

"Not really to be honest."

"Challenge accepted. I will make you love surprises just watch," he winks as he gets the car started pulling out of the driveway soon after on our way to this surprise of a date.

After awhile of driving, we head downtown of New York all sorts of various colors of lights flicker all around the area giving the Christmas spirit such a boost. Looking around, I spot a huge park filled with lights, trees, game booths, and amusement rides. Children, teens, adults, and elderly couples are all over the place having fun. Seeing the children run all over the park admiring the colorful rides and trees beautifully decorated brought joy in my heart knowing that one day my son will be doing the exact same thing running around admiring the beauty of life.

"This place is beautiful," I murmur amazed by the beauty in front of me as I exit out of the car.

"I knew you would like it," Santana smiles.

"Everyone here is so excited for Christmas even though it's still a bit of a wait huh?"

"Of course, I mean New Years happens here every year it's the holiday spirit after all you know?"

"Right... I knew that," I chuckle.

Santana and I walk down the park observing every decorated tree done by the community and high schools in New York. The creativity is out of this world.

"Want some hot chocolate Maddie?," Santana suddenly asks pulling out his wallet.

"Yes please, here I'll pay for mi-"

"I got it. Wait for me here," he hastily says cutting me off walking towards the little booth not far from us. Zipping my purse back up, I refocus on a new Christmas tree loving the colors white, blue, and gold. Frost lays all over the tree giving it such a winter touch to it. The lights white, blue, gold, red, purple, and green flash casually around the tree as the blue, white, and gold ornaments with frost and a bit of white and gold glitter on them shine magnificently.

However, something catches my eye as I stare into one of the gold ornaments seeing a dark figure reflect. I step closer extending my hand towards the ornament squinting my eyes to have a clearer view of this figure. A dark figure stands not far behind me looking straight towards my direction. As much I try to focus my view on the ornament to see this individual's face, I can't. So I decide to turn around seeing nothing absolutely nothing. I return to my previous view within the gold ornament seeing nothing whatsoever.
