5 o'clock struck and Cassie instinctively teleported herself into the training area. When the dark vacuum of space disappeared around her, her eyes drifted towards the door frame, where Kaz always was. Kaz always stood by the door, and he always arrived five minutes early, to ensure that no one walked in as Cassie teleported to him. But this time he wasn't there to help her hide her powers until she was ready to share them, and because he wasn't there, her hidden powers became known to one more person.

"What on earth was that!?" Oliver's voice broke at the end of his question. His brain thought that his eyes were deceiving him as the shades of lilac and blue swirled to a close.

"Oli-Oliver. You're not supposed to be here, you weren't supposed to see that. Uhm, Kaz??" Cassie stumbled on her words at the shock of seeing her friend.

"Kaz is out on his Date with Spark.... that was teleportation wasn't it??"

Of course, he's with spark. Cassie felt somewhat stupid for thinking that he would still be here, he told her he was going out on the date after work, she just thought he meant after their work as well. "Right, spark." Cassie cleared her throat, "yeah it was."

"That was wow, I've never seen a teleportation field like that, wait..." Olivers mind was spinning a million miles a minute as he started to connect the dots to what was really happening here. "A few weeks ago, when Kaz was making notes about teleportation and level 13 superpowers , and you were so offended... it's you."

"Look, i didn't want anyone to know, I'm not ready and i'm not superhero material - at least... not yet? Kaz promised to train me up on how to be a hero. And after Binary died... well i knew that i had to put my own fears behind and conjure up some sort of hero complex." Cassie looked out Oliver with beg in her eyes. She prayed that he wouldn't tell anyone..."please..."

"Don't worry, if you're not ready i won't say anything. And I'm sorry Kaz isn't here, i see the way you look at him -"

"Woah there, yeah we're not going down that route. Too much pain down that route."

"Okay, okay." Oliver put his hands up in surrender, "but as long as he is not here, then i guess I'll have to take over training today."

"Wait really? You wan't to help?"

"Of course i do, now tell me, is it just teleportation or-"

"Ah now thats something we may find difficult. Teleportation is my main power, one i was born with. But i have loads of other powers that i haven't quite tapped into yet or don't know how to control, as well as my ability to mirror other peoples powers and keep them."

"Okay, that's a lot of information to get at once, you're pretty powerful."

"Aaand pretty unstable."

"Okay, i know what to do. name one of the powers you don't have control of yet."

Cassie's mind immediately flashed back to that dark place, where all the light engulfed her. As she thought about it her veins began to burn with the power. Quickly, she shook it off - "uhh- electronic volts."

"You have that, really?"

"Yeah, when me and kaz first met he startled me and i might have accidentally, mildly shocked him." They both chuckled at the thought of it.

"All right, well, I'm going to make up a simulation right now for you to focus your powers on." Oliver went over to the monitor and started typing in some sort of code - Cassie's eyes began to flicker with translated code as her siblings powers kicked in. Cassie found herself most days just staring at computer screens, she so she could see the world through their eyes.

"Now this, this will be interesting."
