Corinne blinked and quickly wrapped her arms around Alex before feeling her heart racing, it really did happen. They were together, of course, after they got caught by Charles who gave her a scolding. Corinne couldn't help but think, it was all worth it, for them. Everything seemed to be going good now, everything was perfect. "What are you thinking about?" Alex asked curiously before giving her a certain look. Corinne smiled and sat up before Alex did the same, "You," she whispered, "You and all this, you're perfect," she muttered. 

"I just want to tell you, you're-" he started nervously, "I-I love you," he whispered. Corinne laughed and nudged him playfully. "Aww, are you shy?" she teased softly, "I don't understand, when you're around me, you're like a complete different person," she muttered gently before placing her hand on the side of his face. Alex stared at her and frowned before looking away embarrassed, he scratched his head nervously. "Really? I didn't notice," he said. Corinne smiled and stared at him carefully, he was hers, he was now finally hers. 

She blinked and Alex gave her a certain look, "Come on, let's train," she said before standing up, Alex sighed and followed her out of the bedroom. Corinne quickly bumped into Charles, she couldn't help but look away embarrassed, "Good afternoon Corinne," Charles muttered, Corinne blinked and looked back at him. He walked past her and Corinne sighed before looking back at Alex who seemed excited, "Race you outside," he said before taking off. Corinne stared at him and rolled her eyes, "Hey! Wait up!" she shouted as she ran after him. 

They raced through the hallways until finally reaching outside, Alex jumped up excitedly, "I won!" he said with a grin. Corinne stared at him in disbelief and shook her head annoyed, "You cheated," she scoffed as he held onto her arm. Alex rolled his eyes and they quickly walked towards the training area, Corinne frowned and looked to her side before grabbing a stick from off the ground, "Do you wanna try something?" she asked before making it float in the air. Alex stared at her curiously, "Stand over there," she pointed across from her. 

Alex walked over and stood across from her, Corinne smiled and quickly looked at the small branches on the ground. Using her ability she picked them all up and made them float in the air, "Hey, what are you up to?" a voice said from behind. Corinne turned around to see Raven and she smiled before waving, "Corinne, do you want to practice?" she asked, Corinne looked at Alex who shrugged, she then nodded and took off her hoodie. Raven nodded and quickly shifted into her original form before sending a punch. 

Corinne used her ability to block it before moving to the side and using her ability to shoot Raven onto the ground. Raven flipped in the air and landed perfectly, Corinne rolled her eyes and stared at Raven intensely before shooting the sticks at her, Raven dodged most of them before catching one of them and throwing it back at Corinne. Corinne caught the stick and threw it onto the ground before jumping up into the air, she suddenly watched as Raven jumped after her and grabbed onto her ankle, pulling Corinne down. 

As Corinne fell to the ground, she hit her head hard making her wince, Corinne sat up and quickly looked at Raven who seemed pretty proud of herself. Corinne quickly raised her arm and blasted Raven onto the ground, Raven sighed and quickly got up. She then ran towards Corinne and kicked her in the stomach, Corinne fell to the ground and held onto her stomach. It ached with pain, "Oh god, Cor-Corinne I'm so sorry," Raven whispered quickly before walking towards her. 

"It's fine," Corinne muttered before standing up, she then caught Alex's gaze, he seemed upset. He then walked towards Raven angrily, Corinne watched as Alex shoved Raven aside and Raven stared at him in disbelief, "What was that for?" she cried confused. Alex scoffed and shook his head before pushing her lightly, "You hurt her," he said angrily, Raven stared at Corinne who frowned and looked at Alex. "It was an accident," Raven whispered, "I didn't mean to hurt her," Corinne stared at Alex who scoffed before shaking his head. "I don't care, just go," he muttered.

Raven frowned and stared at Corinne apologetically before walking away, "I'm sorry," she said as she left. Alex quickly looked at Corinne nervously, he stared at her body and blinked before staring at her face, "Are you okay?" he asked slowly, he touched the side of her face. Corinne smiled weakly and shook her head, "Yeah Alex, I said I was fine, you didn't have to send Raven away," she whispered gently. He frowned and wrapped his arms around her lightly, Corinne felt her heart racing, "Sorry, I just care about you a lot," he muttered. 

"Alexander Summers," Corinne started before she kissed his forehead gently, "I can take care of myself perfectly fine," she whispered, Alex grinned and nodded before grabbing onto her hands. He sighed, "I know but I just-" he started as he stared at her softly, "I know you can take care of yourself, it's just- I don't want to lose you," he whispered, "Never, I never want to," he said quickly. "I don't- I don't know, and if you're hurt then of course I want to-" he stammered. 

Corinne laughed quietly and kissed him gently, she made her forehead touch his and she smiled, "I love you," she whispered, "You truly light up my world, literally." Alex looked up and stared at her confused before smiling. "Stop," he muttered before rolling his eyes, "I love you too Rinne," he whispered softly before kissing her cheek lightly. Corinne stared at Alex and smiled before wrapping her arms around him. Everything was perfect, "Everything is perfect," she whispered under her breath, "I have you, and I'm never losing you,"
