What If Naruto was the Sensei of Team 7?

Birth

In the end of the 3rd Great Shinobi World War a baby was born to Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze. However a few minutes after he was born Kushina was kidnapped and the Kyūbi was extracted from Kushina and was controlled by a masked man to attack the village. Minato currently had to fight both the Kyūbi and the masked man. On top of the head of the Yondaime Hokage, Minato Namikaze, there stood Naruto Namikaze who watched on as the shinobi fought the Kyūbi. "As a protector of Konoha, I must protect it from this unexpected danger. I won't let you destroy my home." He said as the Kyūbi looked up at him. "You noticed me huh." Naruto said as he stared the Kyūbi down. Suddenly bubbles of chakra formed at his mouth and there formed a massive bijūdama. The Kyūbi released it towards Naruto. "I won't let you do this!" Naruto exclaimed while going through a set of hand seals. Suddenly a barrier formed on top of the Hokage heads as the bijūdama started going through it. "Hiraishin: Dōrai!" Naruto shouted while the bijūdama was sent somewhere far from Konoha. Exploding in the process.

Village View-

"Did you see that, something just deflected the bijūdama." Choza Akimichi said. "It has to be Naruto-kun!" Shikaku Nara said.

Naruto's Viepoint (Narrator)

Suddenly chakra flared from behind Naruto and his danger sense was screaming at him to counter. He swiftly turned around and swiped at the threat behind him, only for his attack to pass straight through the unknown opponent. "I'm your opponent." He said as Naruto was being teleported into another dimension. He dropped his kunai as he was teleported into the dimension. Naruto teleported back to the real world and fell to the ground. "Next time, I'll take him a lot quicker." The masked man said. 'My attack passed right through him? What was that jutsu?' Naruto thought as he stood up. Suddenly the masked man teleported in front of Naruto. "I won't let you get away." The unknown man said. 'He uses teleportation jutsu as well? Is that how he took kaa-san so quickly?' Naruto thought while standing up. 'This is a shinobi who outmaneuvred some of the strongest anbu assigned by Tou-san under his direct control. Who slipped through a top secret barrier and who knew that the Kyūbi's seal would weaken during child birth. Furthermore he undid the Kyūbi's seal, tamed it and...went in and out of the barrier set up by Konoha without being detected not even once. I know of only one shinobi capable of this...' Naruto thought. "Are you...Uchiha Madara?" Naruto asked. When he said that, the masked man removed his hood. "No, that's impossible. He died a long time ago." Naruto said. "Huh. I wonder about that." The masked man said while turning his head. "At this point, it doesn't matter who you are. But why are you targeting Konohagakure?" Naruto asked. "Which one would you like to hear? I could say I did it on a whim, or that I planned it, or that it's a war, or that it's for peace." The masked man said. Naruto widened his eyes. 'Whatever the case, he's no ordinary man! He can control the Kyūbi and his teleportation jutsu surpasses Nidaime-sama's and Yondaime-sama's, as well as mine. And he has some dangerous ideologies, I must deal with him now. Or he'll be even more trouble than the Kyūbi! If I transport myself to the village now, he will follow and the battlefield will be even more hectic. If he's anything like Madara, I can't keep the Kyūbi under the Kuchiyose No Jutsu for too long. I just have too entrust the village to the shinobi for a bit. As for me, I must take this guy down right now!' Naruto thought. "Now that the Kyūbi is freed, you people have no hope left!" He shouted as we ran towards each other. I tried to stab him with my kunai but he phased through it again and wrapped me in chains, luckily I planted a kunai a few feet away so I teleported to it. 'His flesh. My physical attacks have no effect on him, but he makes himself materialize to attack me. Namely, I can only aim for him when we both strike blows!' Naruto thought while looking back at the masked man, who was doing some sort of dance with the shackles. 'But the risk lies during the moment of attack. And considering the time remaining on the Kyūbi's Kuchiyose No Jutsu, he doesn't relish a long battle either. The one who attacks an instant quicker than the other...will win this match!' Naruto thought while getting up and running towards the masked man. He threw his kunai at him and as he expected, the masked man absorbed it. They moved closer and closer as the masked man was a few inches from grabbing the Namikaze and the said blonde was charging up an odama rasengan before he suddenly disappeared from his grasp. The masked man was about to look around before he was hit with the odama rasengan from behind. 'Damn it! He flew to that kunai from earlier!' The masked man thought. "That was my Hiraishin Ni No Dan." Naruto said as he left a hiraishin seal on the masked man's back. The masked man jumped away and landed on a rock clutching his arm while breathing heavily. "You got me. This is what is meant by 'Elusive.' I should have never let my guard down-" The masked man started before he was startled by Naruto who appeared right in front of the man and slammed his hand onto his chest, removing the contract the masked man had on the Kyūbi. 'Hiraishin no jutsu! So that's it..He marked my body somewhere!' The man thought before he saw a contract seal expanding on his chest. 'A contract seal? He intends to seperate the Kyūbi from me?' The masked man thought. "With this. You will no longer control the Kyūbi!" Naruto said as they heard a massive roar from the kyūbi. The masked man jumped away as Naruto followed him. "I must hand it to you Naruto Namikaze. You're definitely worthy of your title, Fastest Shinobi alive. You wounded me and severed my bonds with the Kyūbi no Kitsune. However the Kyūbi will be my plaything again. Just you wait, I'm going take over the world.." The masked man said while teleporting away. "And there are so many ways going about doing that." The voice of the masked man called out after being teleported. "Judging by the tone of his voice, he's not joking around, I must protect Konoha with my life." Naruto said. After the masked man had been defeated he threw a FR Kunai to where the Kyūbi was, who was now in control of what he was doing. He teleported to Minato and suddenly The Sandaime and two of the three Legendary Sannin shunshined next to Minato and Naruto. "What's happening?" Hiruzen asked. "The Kyūbi has been extracted from Kushina, and was being controlled by a masked man. Naruto took care of him but we have to get the Kyūbi away from the village." "I got it!" Naruto shouted while using three Flying Raijin Kunai's, for reinforcements loads of the older generation of shinobi fought alongside Naruto. Naruto threw the FR Kunai and it landed near the edge of the village. He threw the spare kunai at the fox and teleported right in front of it to hit it with a Rasengan. Naruto, the Sandaime, two of the three legendary sannin and Minato were fighting the Kyūbi and winning. He teleported to his Tou-san and Jiji. "The Kyūbi's putting us on the ropes. Sandaime-sama is fighting it with other shinobi. We have to go quickly!" Minato summoned Gamabunta and everyone hopped on him with them going to the battle. Naruto picked up Kushina and the baby only born a few hours before. He teleported to the safe house and kept them in a barrier, which was unbreakable even to a bijūdama. He picked up the FR Kunai and threw it to where the Sandaime Hokage, other Konoha Shinobi and his father were. He summoned Jiryui his white tiger summoner. He was as big or bigger and faster than the Kyūbi but was not as strong. "Jiyui go help the Shinobi, they're fighting the Kyūbi!" Jiyui looked shocked but went as Naruto teleported. He summoned a white hawk and sent a note to the Anbu black ops in Konoha and almost instantly they body flickered next to him and went down on one knee. "Naru-Senpai you called for us?" One of the Anbu said, "Yea, we need help taking down the Kyūbi. Is Saku-Chan here?" "No Naru-Senpai do you want me to get her?" "Yeah get her she'll be a good asset to the people we need to fight. Tell her that the Kyūbi was extracted from Kaa-san and we need her to fight." "Hai Naru-Senpai! But, wouldn't you need Kushina-sama to seal the Kyūbi back in her?" Kakashi asked. "No, something tells me that the Kyūbi needs to live in case a war breaks out. We'll seal the Kyūbi in that kid Kaa-san just had. I'll get Kaa-san and that kid, you get Saku-chan. I placed a seal in the barrier hopefully that kid doesn't wake up that will mess up the sealing." "Hai Naru-Senpai!" Kakashi said and body flickers to Sakura. Naruto teleports to the barrier to find Kushina awake. "Kaa-san are you alright?" He asked. "Yeah Naru-kun what happened, where are we?" "Well, we're in the forest that covers Konoha. The Kyūbi was extracted from you because a masked man kidnapped you as you went to sleep after you gave birth. I don't know how he got past the Anbu so easily, but the Kyūbi's rampaging the village." "Seal it back in me! It will die along with me!" Kushina shouted, "No Kaa-san. We'll need the Kyūbi in the future in case another war breaks out. So I'll seal it in the kid, Saku-chan is coming to heal you and since you have the Uzumaki's life force, you'll be able to live without the Kyūbi, so you won't die. Ototo will need help controlling the Kyūbi. Who better to do it than a past Jinchūriki. What are you going to name him?" "Menma will be his name." Kushina said smiling at Menma, "My little Menma will grow up to be a saviour of the world. Just like his older brother." Kushina said smiling at Naruto who smiled back. Naruto summoned Kiera and put Kushina on her while Kiera ran to the battle. Naruto picked Menma up and broke the barrier yelling, "Kai!" he teleported to the battle and saw a weakened Kushina laying on Kiera's back. He put Menma down and picked Kushina up and put her next to him. Then Naruto made the same barrier seal but stronger so it was impenetrable. He said bye to Kushina and flash stepped to the Kyūbi. The Kyūbi roared at him and tried to use a bijūdama on Naruto who teleported it away to another dimesion using his Whirlpegan. "Tou-San I'm gonna seal the Kyūbi away in Menma!" Naruto said to Minato, "Who's Menma, Naruto!" They all asked. "Menma is my new Nii-San!" "What are you crazy kid! We can't seal it away in a baby!" Jiraiya asked. "No I'm not crazy we'll need the Kyūbi in the future just in case that masked man comes back to destroy Konohagakure. I believe that Menma will be able to stop him. Go get everyone else and keep them in a secured place. The Uchiha are helping people evacuate. I will start the Charter Haikyu Seal. I will seal the Kyūbi into Menma. DISPERSE!" Naruto shouted as everybody ran to battle the Kyūbi. After a good 40 minutes of fighting Naruto made a barrier that no-one could exit, enter or break. He threw kunai around in a star shape around the Kyūbi and held up a half ram seal. Increasing the gravity by 15 times so the Kyūbi could barely move. Naruto took Menma and summoned a sealing alter, then he bit his finger and wrote around the sealing alter, surrounding it in a kanji for 'Charter Haikyu Seal'. He placed Menma in the alter then Naruto did a few hand signs as chakra emerged from his back and started wrapping around the Kyūbi. It roared and tried to get out of it but Naruto just spilt more chakra into it. Naruto did another set of hand signs and a square of lime/cyan chakra surrounded the Kyūbi making it smaller and eventually small enough to enter a small child. The Kyūbi was sealed into Menma and Naruto made another set of hand seals and sealed it away so no-one could get into the seal or break it and so the Kyūbi couldn't escape. He drew the eight trigams seal formula on Menma's stomach and then he put a FR Marker on the seal so if that masked man was to try and kidnap Menma then he could teleport to him and save Menma. Baby Menma then opened his violet eyes and cried at being woken up. Naruto smiled and picked him up then teleported to Kushina and handed the child to her. "It's done Kaa-chan." Right then Sakura entered the room and hugged him tears falling out of her eyes. "I saw from outside of the barrier Naru-kun. I'm so glad that it's all over." Naruto kissed her and asked if she could heal Kushina. Sakura then heals her but passes out because of how much chakra she had to use. Mainly because Kushina was an Uzumaki so she needed it. Though she wasn't fully healed Kushina got up and hugged Naruto. "My little Naru-kun has grown up to be a splendid shinobi. Hopefully Menma will do the same." Naruto widened his eyes then put his hand up in a half ram hand seal. 'Kai!' Naruto shouted mentally, dispersing the barrier in the room. Naruto picked Sakura up bridal style and started walking towards the Konoha.
