[Shivaay - S, Annika - A, Rudra - Ru]
Shivaay rented a car for himself and went for a drive around the city to relax his mind. Since he was in the city of fashion, he decided to shop a bit. He bought some clothes for his brothers and sisters (priyanka and gauri) and of course a dress for Annika.
Shivaay decided to woo his woman, he made certain preparations before she got back home.
Over video call
S: So I wanted to annoy her but I changed my mind when I passed by her favourite restaurant. I have planned a nice dinner for her. I got her white sauce pasta from that restaurant along with a nice dessert, i bought her some chocolates and I bought this bouquet of roses for her
Ru: So finally SSO bought flowers for someone, well done
S: I just hope this works. I'll talk to guys later, she's back
OmRu: All the best
End of call
S: How was your day?
Annika royally ignored him and went to her room to change.
S(in his mind): Ouch, that was cold. Breathe Shivaay, you can do this
When Annika came to the kitchen to make dinner for herself, she was tempted by the fragrance of her favorite pasta. She moved closer and opened the lid of the serving bowl
A(in her mind): mmm Giovanni's white sauce pasta, my mouth is watering.
She picked up a fork to eat but stopped.
A(in her mind): Wait, I didn't order this. Shivaay!
She put the fork back and picked out a pan to make dinner
S: you're not going to eat your favourite pasta?
No reply from her, she continued working. Shivaay went closer to her and stopped her. He held both of her hands
S: Hey, be mad at me all you want but don't take it out on food. I got this just for you, can we please have dinner in peace?
A: I don't want to
S: Why? Are you afraid your facade will fail if you spend time with me?
He looked in her deep brown eyes, searching for her love for him
A: I'm not afraid of anything, and this is not a facade. I want nothing to do with you. I don't need a man to complete me.
He tried hard to find any hint of a lie but he couldn't. She really meant what she said and it broke his heart
S: Fine, then you should have no problem eating with me, right?
He challenged her, praying for it to work
A(in her mind): Stubborn singh oberoi, thinks he affects me. He does, but I'm not gonna tell him that
A: Fine, let's eat. Now let go of my hands before i kick you in the nuts
Shivaay let her go at once, picked up the bowl and went to the dining room. Annika followed him with plates and forks
As she sat down, he gave her the flowers
S: For you
A: You have got to be kidding me. I'm done with this nonsense
