How's it going, everyone, HDAWG007, here again.
Now I know if you are reading this, you've read my earlier chapter and have noticed the * marks I have left after specific sentences. Which then correlated with certain citations at the bottom of the chapter. Pretty much, I've taken to using the concept that old comics used when they wanted to reference something that happened in an earlier comic.
The reason I'm doing this is that some of my stories connect to older stories I've written. Doing this allows those that haven't read those stories to see where the specific reference is from and go back and read the source.
Simply put, I'm citing my sources for certain events mentioned in the stories I write so I don't confuse readers who don't know what the reference means.
