We walked around the ship, both the Human Peacekeeping Force and the Vortex-Crux army soldiers protecting us, even without the weapons. "The public gathers commences in twenty minutes. All the humans onboard Prometheus One will gather at the Square and the people on Prometheus Three would gather at their Square and watch it live on their screens." George informed us. "What about the plan? Of taking over the ship?" I asked George. "Told you already, Captain. Leave that one to me." He replied, smiling. He had a meeting with the various representatives a while ago, and we were not a part of it. Instead, we were given a tour by Aditya. We were not allowed to enter the bridge as well as the prisons by the Kenjah's men, who simply stated that we did not have the clearance to enter them. Who thought we wouldn't have clearance in our own ship? We were not allowed to enter the residential quarters and the designated meeting points for the citizens on the ship either. The Kenjah's men stated that our presence among the public was a security issue. We protested, but soon realized that it was fruitless.

"Let's head to the square now. Hope you got a good speech ready, Rithvik. You too, Reneesh. And I don't think a majority would approve of you speaking, Captain Holder. I am sorry for that. Many among the citizens still consider your kind as the enemy and convincing the people to allow you and your men onboard this ship itself was a painstaking effort." George said. "No issues, George. I totally get how they feel." He replied. We soon could see ordinary citizens queuing up for entry into the Square. George informed us earlier that attendance for public gatherings at the Square was mandatory for all citizens except Class One and Class Two essential personnel and also Class Five disabled citizens. The Kenjah's men stood outside the entrance to the Square frisking the citizens and detaining a few. Some of the citizens, who seemed to have recognized us smiled at us, and some of them waved at us. But the overall mood of the citizens was gloomy. Well, that was kind of expected considering we were held captive by the Kenjah's men. "Show us your ID's please." A man at the entrance asked us. "Seriously, Sakr? You know us quite well. And you also know that the people behind me do not have Prometheus ID's because they are not from here. And I am in-charge of the ship, not you. Let us pass." George replied, glaring at the man at the entrance. "No entry without ID's. Sorry." He replied, with a hint of smile on his face. "Sakr, I am going to punch you in the perfect teeth of you don't let us pass. You don't want to get into a fight with me again. Hope you still remember what happened the last time we met." Holder replied, his face curling into an expression of disgust. The smile on Sakr's face melted away into an expression close to pain. There was a history between Holder and Sakr we were not aware of. "I am in charge here, George. Dare not question that." He replied, letting us pass through. He then shot a glance of pure hatred at Holder, who reciprocated the glare. "You two have a history?" I asked Holder as we walked into the Square. "A bad one." He replied.

The Square seemed like a completely different place when compared to what we saw outside. There was a lot of greenery and the roof above us was modified to give us the feeling that we were standing out in the open back on Earth. There was a podium on the other end of the Square and we were walking towards it. The crowd slowly began to swell, and in a matter of a few minutes, the Square was almost at full capacity. That's when it hit me. The Kenjah's men were severely understaffed. Surely they had the upper hand in weapons, but there simply weren't enough people to control the crowd. All they did was guard both the entrances. The Kenjah's forces appeared strong from the outside, but without their weapons, they were as good as dead. "You got your signal jammer ready?" George asked Holder, you nodded his head in return.

I heard my name being called up which was followed by deafening applause. I walked up to the stage, but I realized I never prepared any kind of speech for this.

"It feels great to be here, surrounded by people whom I can call mine. For years, we strove hard to find ourselves a new home, but when we thought we had achieved that, a bigger problem hit us. We found ourselves in the midst of a war and we thought we were being dragged into it. But we then realized that we were the whole reason there was a war being fought. It was a war of ideologies. This may sound confusing to you now, but after you know the whole story, you will realize that this is a war of ideologies. There have never been rules in this war, everyone was free to do what they wished to. Our men were killed, some in ways you can never imagine, but we endured. You still had hope in us, and for that we will be forever grateful to you. As George said, we are being held hostage today, but we are stronger than ever. Stronger than ever because we are being driven by the desperation for survival, and today that desperation has just hit the peak. But we will not falter. We will show to the Kenjah what we, the humans are capable of. We will show him, that we are not just a species driven by greed and violence. We will show him that we have humanity left in us, and we will show him that we, the humans, are united. We have an army supporting us, and fighting for us. Captain Holder has helped us through a lot, and I know you find it difficult to trust them, but honestly speaking, they are the best chance we've got. The war isn't over yet, it has just started."

The mood in the Square was electrifying. The people were all charged up. That's when I noticed something was wrong. I spotted Sakr talking seriously on the radio arguing with whoever was at the other end. He looked around nervously and tightened his grip on the gun. I walked away and George took the stage. I spotted the Human Peacekeeping Force's soldiers forming some sort of formation. The Kenjah's army fidgeted with their guns nervously as George started speaking.

"These fine young men have made our species proud. And it is time for us to show them our gratitude." Goerge started. "STOP THE SPEECH!" I heard Sakr yell from behind the crowd, his voice barely audible over the voices of the crowd. "I heard that the Vortex and the Crux forces had to retreat for our safety. It's time for us to change that." George yelled. I saw as Sakr started running from his position towards the stage. Our soldiers formed a protective chain around George. "STOP THE GODDAMN SPEECH!" Sakr yelled. The other soldiers of the Kenjah's army gripped their weapons and pointed them towards the crowd. "ARE YOU READY?" George yelled over the mic. A wave of voices came as an answer. "UNLEASH HELL!" George yelled.

And he was true to his words, hell had been unleashed.
