Dipper is now Ford, most likely because their personalities are quite similar. Mabel becomes Stan, as they both break rules and like having a good time. Stan and Ford are now Mabel and Dipper, respectfully.

Stan "Stupidly-"
Ford "Weird."
Bill, Wendy, Pacifica, Soos, Gideon and Mcgucket "You said it."
