As Aria stared at her reflection in the life-sized vanity, her mind couldn't help but wonder about how he'd found her.

'Had the spell worn off?'

'Or was it God's doing?'

She had absolutely no idea.

She sighed once again as she stared at her reflection, he'd made her change her Aqaban clothing.

He'd requested she joined him for breakfast.

She was about wearing the gold bracelets she was given when she saw the bracelet Tarzah gave her.

Tears pulled in her eyes as her heart clenched.

She would never put it off.

Aria hoped with every ounce of her heart that Akhenaten wouldn't carry out his not so subtle threat.

She wanted to believe he wouldn't, that he wouldn't take someone precious from her again...

But that thought vanished as quickly as it formed in her mind.

'It hadn't stopped him before.'

She wiped her eyes and the maidens applied the kohl around her eyes giving it an arch at the sides-as was Egyptian customary form of adornment.

She made her way briskly to where he'd instructed they meet.

It was on one of the roofs of the recreational chambers.

It had a clear pool and the sun's reflection danced on the surface of the water.

She found him seated on the carpeted ground, laying on his left side with his head propped by his hand, right leg raised.

Two well-built guards fanned him with huge feather-like fans.

His eyes were closed.

Five maids stood with their hands behind their backs, ready to serve.

Aria just stood there staring at him, he almost looked...tranquil.

There was a large canopy over them which protected them from the sun.

"Have a seat." Aria jumped when she heard his voice.

She looked to him-his eyes were still closed.

One of the maids helped her sit on the cushioned pillows.

Aria was blown away by it all.

Everything glittered.

The Royal family were beyond wealthy and Egypt too prospered.
