When she heard the little guy say this, Su Tang froze and looked at him uncertainly. Just what exactly did he understand?

Well, she didn't know what he understood, but understanding more things was probably good, right?

Orange cat: Are you sure it's okay to educate a child like that?

Su Nuo: Sister is always right. No matter what I say or do in the future, no matter if it is good or bad, as long as I can speak reason and persuade people I'm right afterward, I can just rest assured and boldly do it! That's why I will study hard in the future, so that I can become a master of persuasion!

The little tree was already growing in a crooked direction even now but, unfortunately, Su Tang didn't notice that until many years later.

Madam Zhao and her daughters-in-law were all beaten with the board that day so now that all had to lie in bed to recuperate. Suddenly, all the women in Su Yonggui's family could not do any work and there was no one left to cook at home.

The story of Madam Zhao and her daughters-in-law quickly circulated through the village and became a joke that the villagers amused themselves with for a long time. Because of that, Su Yonggui felt very ashamed and none of his family went outside for a while.

It wasn't until harvest season began, when all the farmers became very busy, that Su Yonggui's family finally dared to show their faces in the village.

Meanwhile, because Su Tang had used the opportunity to make trouble while also clearly expressing her attitude last time, things had changed a bit. For one, those children that had been beaten up by Su Tang and her younger brother were then taught a lesson by the adults from their own families after they went home, so now they were a lot more honest.

For another, Dongzi and Huzi found out about these events and they quickly became Su Tang's fans that admired her very much. After that, the three little guys all resumed their habit of going up to the mountain to check on their Hawthorn tree and hunt around for good things.

At the same time, Su Tang also returned to her normal rhythm. She continued working on the next two sets of clothes, continued going fishing on the Qing River at the same time every day, and continued going into town to deliver her fish balls.

But even as the days returned to calmness, Su Tang knew to keep an eye out. After all, Madam Wu had not only eaten a big loss this time, she had even been beaten. There was no way she wouldn't try to scheme something after losing so much face. For that reason, Su Tang sent the orange cat out to keep an eye on things so that she could concentrate on making money.

Jiang He and Madam Qian's noodle stall had become very stable, basically selling sixty to eighty fish balls every day, so Su Tang began adding in some additional varieties. First, she introduced the herring fish balls, and then the crucian carp fish balls.

As soon as the crucian carp fish balls came out they were instantly very popular. After all, Su Tang's fish balls were all made by the processing plant inside the space, so the nutritional value and the taste of the fish were both completely preserved. Even if they were boiled into a soup they would still be very fresh and tender.

On top of that, there really were no bones at all left inside, they were perfectly clean and easy to eat. Grass carp and herring could be said to be delicious, but many people could make fish balls of their own using those kinds of fish. On the other hand, crucian carp had many small bones so it was difficult to eat them, despite the health benefits for various kinds of people, including breast-feeding women.

By relying on the Qing River, many women who had recently given birth would often cook crucian carp soup for those benefits. However, because crucian carp were so bony they were very troublesome to eat, which was why Su Tang's crucian carp fish balls quickly became so popular. Everyone knew it was a very beneficial food, and she had somehow managed to make it taste delicious while also removing all the bones.

So, basically every day, Jiang He wanted to order more of the crucian carp fish balls, but Su Tang would always tell him she wasn't sure if she could meet those orders. After all, she had told people that she was fishing up all of the fish for the fish balls herself, which meant it would be unreasonable to guarantee what kinds of fish she would catch each day.

Su Tang just told Jiang He that she couldn't determine what type of fish balls she would make in advance because she could only make them using whatever fish she happened to catch that day. Because of that, Jiang He and Madam Qian had no choice but to just accept whatever she brought them.

However, because the crucian carp fish balls were selling so well, Jiang He and Madam Qian began ordering more fish balls every day and Su Tang was able to make more and more money, which made her very happy.

With these regular happenings, the days passed by in a hurry and, in the blink of an eye, it was already the busiest time of the autumn harvest. Because of that, the academy in the town was letting their students have a holiday so the children of farmers could return home to help out.

"Tang girl, we only need thirty fish balls tomorrow. If you have any crucian carp fish balls, then you can make a few more, but don't bring more than forty total."

One day, when Su Tang went into town to deliver her fish balls, Madam Qian told her that they wouldn't need so many anymore the next day and Su Tang was shocked.
