"ahhhhh"

I jumped in shock at the sound of my daughter miu screaming.

I burst into her room to find her on the floor crying.

"darling what's wrong?" I ran to her looking worried.

"mama!" she looked up at me with tears in her eyes "I was changing when I found blood in my pants. I think I'm going to die!"

"oh sweetheart" I pulled her into a hug "your not dieing. it's just your period"

"a period?" she looked up in surprise "what's that?"

"Umm well" I turned red as I tried to explain this "well it just means your becoming a adult"

She nodded and nuzzled into my chest. I held her protectively. That's it we're definitely giving them the talk!
