Summary:

In the original novel, Xiao Changyuan and the little palace maid both lost their memory. The two became brothers and sisters. They lived in Jiangjia Village for three years and their relationship was like stagnant water.
Yun Pian Pian decided to add a fire to the stagnant water.

Review:
I stopped reading around chapter 15. Maybe the story is actually not bad, but I can't stand the writing style. I felt like reading wattpad story with a bland plot. There's no depth in the characters. Some side characters directly pop out in the same village without any background story.
MC transmigrate, she wake up after OMC and ML fell out from cliff. MC confidently said she is ML wife. MC is lively and keep teasing ML which is nice interaction. But sometimes she looks too childish for a modern person who already work. ML who is said a tyrant will directly obey MC even if he is suspicious. MC identity is a palace maid so I assume her face is common and not a big beauty, so it felt strange when ML who lost his memory, he is suspicious with others but easily believe MC just because she said she is his wife. I still waiting when ML become a bit tyrant or possessive but when he do it's like a boyfriend who is jealous and sulking, he was easily coaxed by MC.
They decide to stay in the village. Then the doctor who check on ML is actually imperial doctor who fled with Chen emperor. ML defeat Chen state so Chen emperor is on the run with only 1 imperial doctor.
The next chapter revealed a prince and his bodyguard who also hiding after his country defeated by ML. He is not favoured prince so when his country defeated, he didn't care.
I skimmed later chapter hoping to see when ML regain his memory, but seems like until 40, ML just get close to MC but still did not remember. I lost interest reading this novel so I rate it 2.
